I have never filet this comfortable at a dealership. There was never any pressure by Gustavo the salesman. He was very informative and well versed on the vehicle specifications. All the staff at the dealership were friendly and I would recommend Ira Toyota of Hyannis to anyone

I usually am fine coming here, but there?s this new (??) man at the front desk that was sooo dismissive, rude, and unfriendly. Robert T. Guy needs an attitude adjustment :) sorry but he is a jerk - made me uncomfortable!!
