Dealerships was clean and organized. Vehicle was ready for test drive when we got there. Needs to hire another finance manager because he was overwhelmed with sales.

Very professional, timely and courteous.

Very professional, timely and courteous. They were on time and had the car ready in 1 hour.. very solid operation. The price was very reasonable and fair.

The salesman was excellent.

The salesman was excellent. Not pushy at all and incredibly informative. He did not rush us when we had a question. Everyone we have met at the dealership has been generously helpful and made us feel very welcome. Thank you.

Our sales rep Jeremy was awesome. He found my daughter an excellent deal on an older Toyata. It is her first car and I know she will be safe in it. He kept us informed and went above and beyond for us.

I visited the dealer to ask a couple of questions

I visited the dealer to ask a couple of questions concerning purchasing my leased Camry. J.R. Riley asked if he could help, and even though he knew right away I wasn't going to buy or lease a car, he went out of his way to answer any questions, plus he came out to my car in the lot and demonstrated an easier way for me to get into the car. Ira Toyota is lucky to have a caring, dedicated employee. If I were in the market to buy or lease a car (I'm 88 so I am not), I would buy a car from him.

When I picked up my Prius from a battery replacement

When I picked up my Prius from a battery replacement after hours it was flashing hybrid system malfunction. I brought it back the next day and at first Kenny said it may have been seriously damaged from a collision, but there?s been no collision. Then he said maybe rodents damaged wiring. Three hours later after a second look they found that the computer had just tripped from spurious errors when replacing the low voltage battery and resetting the codes cleared the issue and hybrid mode was restored.

Great experience! The dealership honored an expired coupon for my oil change. I droppped it off a 5 pm. And picked it up a 7 am
