Mike was great!

Mike was great! Explained what kind of service the car needs now and what is needed next time. And I enjoyed $50 birthday present from dealership towards the payment. Constantly updated me with progress of service. The after service report was amazing, even included pictures of the paint condition , scratches and and many more. Thank you Mike and Stoler dealership!

We had a great experience overall, especially with Tom.

We had a great experience overall, especially with Tom. He was helpful from start to finish and we really appreciated how quickly he was able to get us into the car we wanted. The only area for improvement is the final business/finance step. The discussion of additional products felt more pressured than I expected, and I’d prefer those options be introduced earlier so the pickup feels more celebratory.

Having been a satisfied Lexus owner for over 30 years, I've been to number of Lexus service departments. Stoler Lexus of Farmingdale exceeded all my expectations. Professional, courteous, well-organized and a pleasant waiting area. Every individual I spoke with was helpful. I have to compliment my service advisor: Mike Reino for carefully reviewing the file on my vehicle, showing the areas of concern for my next inspection and overall made the oil change/inspection process a very positive experience. 1/19/2026 Maintenance car inspection was great experience. Andrea, was the beautiful nice lady @ service area to assist me with my visit as I waited - she asked if i had any questions/concerns. She listened and made it work out! I requested with certain detailed concerns - she was able to try and delivered made it happen. I must say 🙏🏽 i am Thankful. Thanks again - Andrea
