Women beware! Scam !

Where do I even begin? I took the day off of work and drove all the way from the west side to look at a jeep they had on the lot. I was ready to purchase that day. When I got into the jeep for a test drive, the gas tank sensor was on and it was empty. So I was only able to do a quick turnaround on van Dyck, in fear of stalling out. Next! I waited roughly 2 hours to get approved for financing. Unheard of. I actually went next-door to the Coney Island for lunch while waiting. Once the financing came back, the salesman refused to show me the interest rate until I added this jeep to my insurance. UNHEARD OF. Aggressive! Basically, they want you to add a vehicle you don’t even know if you’re going to purchase, onto your insurance policy, which will change your policy and cost you money? SCAM!!!!! Do they Think you will not walk away from this purchase once you are stuck with it on your insurance? My insurance agent actually wanted to speak with him because she also used to sell cars and this was absolutely a SCAM!!! Also, no down payment on a credit card? But everyone else seems to accept those payments. That’s because they want your cash with no paper trail, after they scam you. Was it because I was a female?? Did they think I was stupid? Do they think because they have such a large facility, they can play these kind of games with people? Sure, someone else will buy that jeep. You don’t need my money. But if you would’ve played fair, you would’ve made the sale. And now all you have is a bad review. BUYER BEWARE!!! WOMEN BEWARE!! These people are SCAM ARTIST!!! I went on to purchase a vehicle the next day. 1 hour out the door. Out of the four salesmen I had visited that weekend, none of them have ever heard of such practices. HUGE WASTE OF TIME!!! Rude people!!

Best selection and the sales staff was great!

Sales consultant, Terry Lange, was very helpful and made the process quick and painless. I feel I got a great deal on my car and appreciate the professionalism of Terry and all the others I met at the dealership. 5 stars!!!!

Wonderful

This is my 2 time leasing with Suburban Ford! I had such an amazing experience from start to finish. I was in a out on the road pretty quickly with my new car. I suggest Suburban Ford to anyone! Joe and Sarah made the process enjoyable. Definitely getting my next car from them too.

Worst sales and cust svc ever experienced

If your credit challenged, don't waisted your time here. Sales people don't communicate with you, make you wait for hours to get wrong answers and offers you have no way of affording. I have spent 4 days working w a sales rep, who never calls back or when he does try to communicate it's by txt, more over has no answers, I never recede. A call from my salesperson, I always had to call him txt him, he was always w a customer, never had any answers, I would wait 3 to 4 hours then I would call to ask what's going on and he would say I'll find out, 3 to 4 hours later I we txt him again and still no word.. don't Waite your time in a dealership like this that is just a volume dealer, buy or don't, either have cash or good credit , if neither exists, don't waisted your time here. They have no interests in selling you. I was looking for. A 4K SUV, and he comes back w a 8k dollar car, w. A $4500 deposit, like I said if challenged credit don't waiste your time here....

Warranty cancelation

I trade every couple of years and this was my year to trade. The F150 King Ranch 3.5l Ecoboost 4X4 that I purchased from Suburban Ford was a great truck. This year the truck was virtually the same as the next generation won't be out until 2020 or 2021. So another domestic competitor won my business this time. Tom Macpherson was extremely pleasant and helpful while processing the paperwork. He actually caught a mistake made by the other dealer. Everything was corrected and Tom wished me well. When I'm ready for my next truck I'm hoping the F150 will win me back. And if that's the case, I will be back to Suburban Ford. Great dealer and equally great employee - Tom Macpherson.

Tire issue

The service center is terrible. They don't want to take care of their customers. They would rather turn people away rather than help. Never going back.
