Salesman Jeremy Sloat hussled to bring Explorers to us on our 1st visit there! He couldn’t get the one we wanted to look at because of a Saturday closing so we Put a refundable deposit down on the Explorer to hold it for me. He was out with sickness and couldn’t retrieve my messages on Tuesday or Wednesday.,, I called again and was directed to his manager, Brian Lagodna... I asked Brian if he would take additional pics and text them to me he said sure and an hour later, their they were!!! truck was beautiful and now sits in my driveway!!! My wife and I were in the market for a used vehicle to carry our larger family, we'd done some looking but were not sure what to do next. We knew the exact vehicle we wanted and exactly how much we wanted our monthly payments to be. Our salesman was Matt Siman and he came through with precisely what we asked for. None of the usual 5 hour haggling that we always dealt with before. We were in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours with our new truck. During a previous lease I had experienced some complications that I wasn’t able to resolve. After explaining the situation to Tom he worked with me diligently to resolve it even though it had been over six months ago.

Antonio is a very patient and knowledgeable salesman. If you are looking for a Ford vehicle, you need to come see him. He never pressures and is always looking for his customers best interest (not to mention his assistant is also great)! This is a beautiful dealership! You should give it a try!!
