Nathan was awesome from the time we met him until the time we walked away with the keys to my dream car. Not only was he very knowledgeable and personable, he helped keep my 3 and 1 year old busy by interacting with them and showing them magic tricks. I know that has nothing to do with purchasing a car but you know how long it takes for the process of buying a car so he helped to make that process a little more tolerable. I would definitely recommend him to a friend! The only reason I gave the dealership 4 stars is because we were told by the sales manager that he was confident he could get us this SUV in our budget. After going to the bank, transferring the insurance and being at the dealership for 7 hours, we were surprised to find out our monthly payment was $80+ a month more than what we discussed. After almost walking away with no car, and some more money put down on our part, and the help of the very friendly gentleman who helped us with finance, Anthony Mazza, we got the monthly payment close to what we were promised in the beginning. This was not Nathan nor Anthony’s fault any means. So 5 stars for Nathan and Anthony!

I recently purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado from Suburban Ford and drove from Toledo Oh! Marcus Martin was my used car sales consultant and was awesome. He was very honest and knowledgeable about the product. Marcus was also very organized and made the buying process very easy since I was out of state. He kept in contact with me and made sure my financial institution had all the information needed to make the purchase as easy as possible! I would highly recommend Marcus and would buy a vehicle again from him and the dealership!

Second time purchasing from Suburban Ford with Brad K. I walked in on Friday he had me in my new vehicle by Monday. It doesn’t get better than that! The dealership is clean, the sales people are super friendly, the new car deals and discounts are phenomenal, and they treat you like family. Brad K is the absolute best sales guy there. He is professional, pleasant, and will bend over.backward to get the deal done. He worked very hard to get me a good interest rate with a conventional loan and he did it!!!! My credit isn’t super strong and he still got me a in a brand new vehicle with a decent interest rate. The finance people explain everything once you’ve been approved. They help walk you through all the paperwork and different options available. Tom was excellent. I have purchased 2 new vehicles from this dealership and I will go back a third time.. My experience has been nothing but smooth start to finish both times. I highly recommend.

Sarah and Joe did a wonderful job of getting me and my dad the best deal possible. Both were very courteous when negotiating a price and helped us qualify for discounts we were not aware of. Sarah followed up the day after to let me know that there was an additional rebate that we were able to get back, no catch. A clear sign of someone who will go above and beyond to take care of her customers. I look forward to doing future business with Suburban Ford, Sarah Long, and Joe Franzoni.

Went to Alex for a bottom of the barrel base model Fiesta. They didn't have any in stock with a manual transmission that I wanted but Alex helped me get in to a last years model with much much more options. More enjoyable to drive, much better value for the money and went to bat for me with management to get me the best deal. In and out in just a few hours. To find out he is a fellow Veteran as I am was just the cherry on top. I have access to Chrysler family plan discounts but Suburban Ford, Alex mostly, was able to get me a deal so good the Chrysler discounts didn't matter.
