Will be back!

Just wanted to say that this dealership has been the best one I have ever been to. They were awesome in helping me find what I needed in my price point. Even the front desk ladies were so bright and friendly. I will be back in the future and send my family here. You can not beat their kindness!

Poor Customer Service

I would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away from New car Sales, Specifically Tim Snell, He was nice enough to take a customer while I was waiting for my vehicle be appraised. I then waited for 35 minutes for him to finish up with people that were “just killing some time with while their kid was at baseball practice “truly unprofessional, a giant waste of my time and gas getting there. Buy a vehicle from Royal Oak Ford they treat you right

My first dealer experience

Being that it was my first time leasing a vehicle, I was at first nervous and unsure what I was getting myself into. Kevin Miller made it obvious that if I wasn’t happy, he wasn’t happy, and did all that he could to get me what I wanted. In the end, I got EXACTLY what I wanted and more and at a great price! He did such a great job and treated be so well that I’ve already sent some of my fri new and family his way!

Best in the business

From the first phone call I had with Hillary I knew she was the person I wanted to do business with. She is extremely friendly and genuine. Hillary worked very hard to get me the best deal she could and helped me make the best decision for me. Being that it was my first time buying a car she helped me every step of the way and made things as simple as possible. Hillary was also very accessible, and will make you feel like a top priority. I do not see myself buying a car from anyone else in the future.

Superb Service!

Terry is always moving... it's nice to see someone so young always on the move and willing to go the extra mile. My experience with Terry was great. He was kind, trustworthy and professional! Thank you for all of your help Terry! Suburban .... I was here on a beautiful afternoon and enjoyed talking to all the salespeople while waiting for financing, etc. to work through. Everyone here has so much energy and it was fun to spend the afternoon with such a professional fun group!
