I found the vehicle I wanted in an online search. I sent an electronic request for the JM price and Cameron Neal responded with a good number. I drove up to Columbia several days later and worked with Cameron to purchase the vehicle. He honored the price and the dealership was on my side to lock in the quoted interest rate my bank had quoted me. After the sale, Cameron followed me to the car rental drop off and drove me back to the dealership.

I first met Aaron Givens when I was helping my parents find a new truck in May 2019. I was so impressed with how genuine he was in their sales process, that I went back and bought a truck from him myself a week later. Now, that's not to say that I made things easy for Aaron...quite the opposite! I knew exactly what I wanted, and how much I was willing to pay for it. I wanted a new F-150, crewcab, 4x4, with a center console transmission shift. After endlessly searching, we finally found one. The only thing it was missing was leather seats. I kid you not, Aaron and Jonathan were able to help me negotiate leather seats into the purchase and inked the deal. I got all of the features of a Lariat, and saved THOUSANDS. This thing looks like an F-150 limited with the burgandy leather seats in it. I can honestly say that my truck is one of a kind, just like my experience at Joe Machens. These guys went above and beyond in helping me find the truck of my dreams, and negotiated with me to stay right at my budget. I felt that I was treated fairly the entire time, and Aaron and Jonathan truly felt like real people just trying to enhance the lives of those around them. Thank you both!

Above and Beyond my expectations I love in St. Louis, less than two miles from Schicker Ford. However, I purchase all my vehicles and have major service at Machens in Columbia, MO. They brought me a loaner (I do have extended warranty) that was identical to my car. They then returned it for me too. And they did it all effortlessly. Mike was great and Fred, the service advisor, called me daily to let me know what was going on with the repair. The service doesn't end after the sale. I highly recommend Joe Machens for service and sales. In sales and for Doug in sales, John Savio, manager, and Marc Weiner in Finance. Top notch crew!!!
