Experience was great for purchase; not so good on follow up!

Purchased 2013 Lincoln on Wednesday, Jan. 9. Mack McKinney was salesman. He gave us a price, trade in value on our car and we agreed. Great! David Mark did the documents. He was a pleasure to work with. Mack got our car ready and we headed home, 280 miles. On SATURDAY, 3 days later WATER PUMP LEAKING BAD! ON Monday took car to local Ford. Estimate to repair $1200-$1500. Called Mack. He said "All mechanics will find something wrong" He said "maybe" we had warranty, maybe 50-50. I said Mark Davis said 30 days, 3,000 miles. My copy of warranty showed Water pump is covered. Mack said send info from local Ford and "he'd take care of it" I had Ford send the estimate on Monday. Called Mack on Tuesday and Wednesday. No answer. Called Mark Davis to verify 30 day 3,000 mi limited warranty". He did. Said he wold talk to Mack. After 3 days still no answer from Mack. William Green

Over 30 years of trust!

I have worked with Bruce Mulnix for over 30 years! I completely trust Bruce and the staff at Machens Ford. The buying process is easy and enjoyable. 3rd Vehicle purchased and all 3 good experiences!

We were ready to trade in our 2014 Ford Escape. Ronni Niswonger had sold us our two previous vehicles, so my husband contacted her. She knew just what we were looking for, and found us a great SUV. We drove it, and purchased it within just a few days. We always enjoy talking to Ronni and working with her. Our experience was great overall. We really like our new vehicle, which is a 2018 Ford Edge. We liked our Escape a lot, but the Edge is a little bigger. We worked with Dan Mahurin on financing, and he was also very enjoyable to work with. The entire experience was very good.

The sales staff were all extremely helpful and professional, especially Carlos, my salesman. My intentions were to test drive only, but I ended up with a great deal on a new vehicle. Carlos was very knowledgable and did a great job showing and explaining the new features. I had forgot my garage door opener in my trade-in, and appreciated Carlos tracking it down for me. The paperwork was easy and the overall experience was positive. Thank you!

2018 Ford F150

We had a great experience with Marc in Finance and Kerry in Sales. We had done a bit of our own research prior to visiting and were led right to the 2 trucks we wanted to test drive. We were informed about a few more options, but not pressured to look at anything other than what we wanted to look at. We love our truck and all the personal service.

Ryan "Awesome" Longenecker

This was the first time we met and worked with Ryan. We were looking for a medium size SUV. Ryan was extremely helpful, provided the type of salesmanship we like, one that is not pushy, helpful, and very attentive to our wishes. We looked at and drove several different vehicles until we found the one that was right for us. Ryan also spent the time showing us all the "bells and whistles" our new Edge has and that was very much appreciated!!! Ryan provides great customer service. You are Awesome Ryan and when we decide to trade in about 3 years or so, we will definitely look for you. As far as Todd, we have worked with Todd many times through the years. We have a tendency to trade often (about every 3 years - as my husband states "when the tires need rotating." Todd is very very good at his job and cares about finding the "right" financing that fits our budget. Todd, you are Awesome too. Thank you both for the great service!!! Ron and Karen

Purchase a new F-150

This dealership has the inventory, buying power and pricing in place to be "Outstanding" but our experience was only average at best. We had the truck picked out, the extras and was sitting on go when we were contacted by the salesman. It was like pulling teeth to get this deal put together. While we were there waiting to pick up the truck there were some very inappropriate things discussed by the younger group of salesman, who were unaware that customers could hear them. This is our second truck purchased from here and I am not sure if we will go back as a result of this. I did not list the salesman's name on this survey. I personally would not recommend them at this time, but may in the future if things are corrected. Marc Weiner was very courteous and a pleasure to work with on the financial side of things.
