Mark was extremely attentive without being overbearing. He knew the product well and understood my goals, and was able to facilitate the buying process smoothly and quickly. Russell was very easy to work with. I called him Friday with some questions and requests and he was fast getting back to me with the information. We went down Saturday and picked up our truck. Also, the finance dept was so easy to work with. We came with our financing prior to the sale and the finance dept was still kind and treated us well.
