Great Employee!!!

We have purchased at least 8 vehicles from Gerry Smith and he ALWAYS works hard to give us exactly what we want! When we are ready to buy/trade, we just text him what we are looking for and we get a prompt response. He truly is a very nice guy who we can honestly call a "friend". Thanks Gerry!!!

Purchased new 2018 F150 from Mark.

Mark was extremely attentive without being overbearing. He knew the product well and understood my goals, and was able to facilitate the buying process smoothly and quickly. Machens also had the selection of f150's in stock that I was interested in. While I knew he was busy the day I was there, I always felt like I was his top priority in the process. He arranged to have my trade quickly assessed while we were test-riding the F150. He worked with the sales manager very effectively in getting our deal finalized and I am happy with the result. I would have no hesitation in referring Mark and Machens Ford to friends and acquantances.

Great and fast experience!

We recently bought a used 150 and had really enjoyed our experience working with Ronni. She was super easy to talk to and we appreciated how down to earth and relatable she was. I think where she really shined though was her attention to detail after we left the dealership. She made sure all of our follow up needs were meant and was super easy to get a hold of through texting. I appreciated feeling like we were taken care of! Our overall experience of buying a car from this dealership was great.

Great Experience

“Great and fast service”

I can’t say enough about my car buying experience at Machens ford. Out of all the new vehicles I’ve ever bought this has been the most pleasurable experience by far. Ronni Niswonger my sales person had went above and beyond my expectations , and will definitely get my business in the future . She found me exactly what I was looking for at a great price at that . She actually made buying a new vehicle enjoyable. Matt Allin the finance guy also took care of me getting me in the new truck for the right payment , not to mention he’s a riot to work with . Thanks again you two !!!

My experience was great!

My experience was great because of Ronni. I gave that girl a challenge with everything I liked and she made it come true! I definitely recommend her! On top of everything she is just super nice and easy to get along with. Ford is lucky to have her!

Easy to work with

Russell was very easy to work with. I called him Friday with some questions and requests and he was fast getting back to me with the information. We went down Saturday and picked up our truck. Also, the finance dept was so easy to work with. We came with our financing prior to the sale and the finance dept was still kind and treated us well.
