This is the 5th car that I have purchased from Machens Ford through Ryan Longenecker. Both Ryan and Todd have always bent over backwards to make sure I am thoroughly satisfied with my new vehicle. Again FANTASTIC!!!

I appreciated Mark's unending patience with my requests for vehicles to drive home for my wife to see and ride in. Mark showed his excellence by finding the SUV for us that is a perfect match for the Ford Edge Titanium we were first unknowingly wanting..even the color was just what we wanted and the price was right too. I have met and made a new friend in Mark Dietzel!

These folks know what they are doing and will work hard to get you what you need. Doesn't mean they will always be able to give you everything you want but they will work hard to get as close as they can.

Joe Machens comes through again. We have purchased several new vehicles from Joe Machens over the years and once again they gave us a super deal. Duron Singleton and Todd Marple made the experience very easy and efficient. We love the Escape, it's the right size and has all the features we wanted.

I found the perfect used 2016 Jeep at Joe Machens Ford Lincoln, and promptly called to check on availability, meeting with Mark Davis. He is extremely knowledgeable, good with follow up and no pressure. Two items were missing on the interior of my Jeep, and Mark immediately arranged to have thee items replaced. Great service! Once I made my decision, he had me work with Jon Niswonger on the financing with an appointment the next day. Jon is so organized, had all the paper word prepared ahead of time, and I was out the door in an hour or less. I highly recommend Machens-Ford-Lincoln for used cars, especially working with Mark and Jon. I give them both 5 stars, and Machens-Ford-Lincoln as well.

I walked into the Used Car Dealership not knowing what I wanted. I tried to work with another Salesman over several weeks. He was so nice but he never really followed through with me. I finally walked into the New Car Showroom and met Gerry. He worked really hard to help me figure out what I wanted and I purchased my Ruby Red within a few days. Jon helped with paperwork and we were on our way. They were both pleasant and the experience was quick and pain free. I love my new SUV.

Bought my dream truck from mackenzie and then jon niswonger did the financing. The experience could not of gone any smoother and I could tell they both were helping me get the rate and truck that I wanted. There was no pressure and a very relaxing experience, I absolutely would recommend going to this dealer and working with these people to anyone looking for a car or truck. Everyone was nice and very professional.
