Customer Service could be better when checking in and

Customer Service could be better when checking in and out. Employees not motivated. Paying at the cashier is annoying. Last time the breaks needed replaced, didn’t have it done, this time the breaks are good. So which is it? Leaves a bad taste if your up saleing items that are don’t need replacing

Axel in the service department is the man. He had my Forester back on the road in no time. Great service, glad I broke down in Silverthorne.

Dude at the service desk was cool.

Dude at the service desk was cool. He was 100% professional, nice, and courteous. I foolishly didn't get his name. He complimented my bike and was super helpful. He put me at ease with the service that y'all performed.

Came in looking to trade in a WRX for a 6 speed version,

Came in looking to trade in a WRX for a 6 speed version, while JD wasn't the first to help me, he ended up being the absolute best. At first, I just couldn't get the deal I was looking for - but JD put in the work and ended up getting me a superb deal on exactly what I wanted. He was even able to get me more for an old beater I also wanted to get rid of. If every salesman at dealerships was like JD, I think people would have a much more positive opinion of car dealerships.
