Brought car in with a service bulletin for parasitic

Brought car in with a service bulletin for parasitic battery drain. Problem was diagnosed and confirmed, battery and DCM replaced per the service bulletin, covered by warranty, work completed within 2 hours.

I bought my car here 4 months ago and still haven’t

I bought my car here 4 months ago and still haven’t gotten the paperwork to get my plates. Then, I took it to get an oil change and 2 days later my car was leaking coolant because they forgot to put the cap back on. Then, the next day it started leaking oil because they didn’t replace the gasket nor did they tighten any of the hoses. I need to bring the car back so they can fix it but no one ever calls me back. I’m disappointed with the service I’ve received so far.

The dealership was conscientious of my time.

The dealership was conscientious of my time. The service advisor kept me informed about my oil change and recall. He even explained that if one of a couple of specifically identified issues popped up to bring the car back and they would replace the radio. The people at the dealership were friendly and the waiting area was nice.

Very efficient.

Very efficient. Did the work the car needed, but no more. I suggested it might need an alignment, he said he'd check, but he doubted it. It did not need the alignment.
