I purchased my $70,000 Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe from an

I purchased my $70,000 Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe from an AutoNation Mercedes-Benz dealership and have serviced it exclusively at Mercedes-Benz of Miami, including two collision repairs at their body shop. Until recently, I was very satisfied with their service department. My prepaid Service B contract expired in February 2026, which I was unaware of. When the vehicle notified me of the upcoming service in early March, I made multiple attempts to reach the Service Manager. After several weeks of phone tag, I was finally connected with him. He was rude and unprofessional, stating he had no authority to help me. Following a two-and-a-half-month review, Mercedes-Benz corporate confirmed the dealership did have the authority to honor the contract and offered a partial credit. However, the dealership told corporate I was not a loyal customer, despite my purchase and service history with them. Since speaking with corporate, I have attempted multiple times to reach the Service Director, but he has not returned any of my calls. This experience clearly shows that the management team at this dealership does not value customer loyalty or support. I would not recommend buying from or servicing your vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of Miami

We had a great experience purchasing our car thanks to Daniel and Gustavo. Daniel was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable?he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Gustavo in finance was just as amazing, taking the time to clearly explain everything and making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Overall, they made what can sometimes be an overwhelming experience feel easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I was not shopping to buy a car!

I was not shopping to buy a car! I was just testing the GLC and speculating of how much it would cost. I paid too much for the purchase of the car despite promising myself not to buy a car for the next two years. I thought the price of this purchase would fit within the budget I was planning to pay but, I am paying more because of maintenance fees inflated into the monthly payment price of the car! I am paying more than $300.00 more every month! Signing the documents were not too visible because of the electronic doc signing screen used! I deceived myself by not taking my time to review and to believe that the initial price stated was right for my budget but those hiding maintenance fees were my big disappointment in the Finance Department! I would recommend a friends however, I will caution them to make sure to stick to their budget and financial means
