Environmental Health Specialist

I had tried other dealerships, before I came to Auto Nation and didn't feel as gratified. Bryan Freeze was very attentive and informative. I felt confident about my decision to purchase my truck.

Great repair work, good customer service.

I took my wife's 2006 Trailblazer in for a door switch recall but also had them look at an electrical problem that was causing the battery to drain. They had the work done the next day. My only complaint is that I had to wait a couple of hours for their courtesy shuttle to take me home. Overall I am satisfied with the work performed and the treatment by the staff.

Great services & clean facilities

The staff was very friendly and educated about maintenance service. They were prepared from the greeting to dismissal. The facilities is very clean, and variety of complimentary beverages, and WiFi.

A bond and a friendship

When I think of customer service, I think of friendly, well diverse, intelligent, compassionate and hard working people who want to ensure that the customer is treated like family. Automation Chevrolet of Laurel is the place where you get that. From the time I walked into the door to the time I left I felt nothing but welcomed and a since of comfort that I had a team of people working to assist me in my vehicle purchase. My experience wasn't just a buy a vehicle experience. These hard working men and women went out of their way to ensure that all I had to do was decide what vehicle I wanted. They took care of the rest. You're not hassled or looked at as another number for a sale. They work with you to ensure you are comfortable and satisfied and will not cease until you are. That customer service with a smile. That's building relationships and a bond with people and the the community. If you're reading this rating report and you think It's fake. I challenge you to go to Automation Chevrolet of Laurel, ask to speak to Monica or any of the professional sales representatives and you will see for yourself. This was and is by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I've had quite a few vehicle purchases. If only I had come here sooner. Enjoy your car buying experience. Great Service and Excellant Facilities

This was our second Buick Enclave we have bought from Auto-Nation and our experiences have been great both times. From my first contact with Riley Ledden (Sales Manager) to our salesman Don Georgette and especially Darryl Reid who showed us all the features of the new Enclave. Great deal great salesperson and dealership.

I was able to go online and determine a fair price. The salesperson simply asked what do I need to do to close the deal. He sent me the price including taxes and tags and with and without the 0% finance option. I told him which one I wanted and what vehicle and then when by and picked it up. I was at the dealership less than an hour.

Outstanding Customer Service

The service was great. The service representative took the time to listen to my problem and even offered to explore other potential causes of the problem. Turns out the vehicle was low on oil, so the service rep set up an evaluation to determine if there was any internal problems. Great customer focus.
