Buying and Service

The buying process was great. There was no haggling about the price with my salesman for which I was thankful. My Service Consultant is very accommodating. Every time I call for service I always get the date and time that I want. He knows my car and what maintenance needs to be performed. He is very trust worthy.

Above and Beyond

We traded in two vehicles and purchased three. Bryan Freeze was polite, helpful, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. The finance department personnel was patient and very helpful as well staying late to finalize the paperwork and Bryan also stayed late to show us the onstar system and vehicle nuances before leaving well past closing. Outstanding service. The manager and Bryan even ordered pizza for us as well.

Great Dealership

Customer Service at its Best!

We've been coming to Autonation for years but this last service experience was unique. We had a major repair on our Envoy which should have been pretty simple to address but the warranty company decided to drag this claim out for weeks. The representative was simply outstanding. He kept in contact with us about what was happening and exactly where they were in the process. It was definitely an overwhelming repair but the friendly, courteous and personal touch made it as seamless as possible. Thank you Mr. Jackson and Thank you AutoNation!

Professional & courteous service.

I will go to this facility whenever I need "dealer required" service. Everyone from the service rep arranging my repair to the shuttle driver were very courteous and treated me as a valued customer. There were some issues with the original repair but they were very quick in getting the problem rectified. There was one issue with having a prolonged wait for the shuttle but I think it was more a timing challenge with the number of people being picked up around the same time. Not a complaint because many service shops don't even offer shuttle service. This will be my dealer shop of choice (at least for the foreseeable future.) There is another GM shop about six miles closer to me but I did not feel treated as an important customer there.

New GMC Sierra Owner

I visited the dealership looking to possibly purchase a truck. I am a returning customer to this dealership. The salesman assisting me, Mrs. Darryl Reid, was awesome. He knew all about the vehicles - answered all the questions with complete confidence and his personality won me over. I then left driving a brand new GMC Sierra truck. Since the purchase, Mr. Reid has made contact with me at least 5 times - follow-up and to ensure I was happy with the purchase. I'm very impressed with his display of customer service.

Consistent service

I have owned my Equinox now for 4 1/2 years and love it. It has only been serviced by Auto Nation Chevrolet in Laurel. Since I purchased the vehicle I moved to southern Maryland but still return to the dealership on a quarterly basis (or as needed) to have it serviced. The staff is friendly and it is an easy walk to other destinations. Sometimes (even with an appointment) I have to wait quite a while to get it serviced but I trust their technicians to do a good job.

Excellent service

My experience was the best especially. Ron carfine was not just the best sales person he was excellent he was very knowledgeable and patient with my car search. He understood my needs in my car search and he met them and more. I thank everyone over at auto nation laurel Ron Carfine, Lisa.
