Awesome Customer Service
I arrived at the service area drive up, Ellery Queen greeted me. I told him just a oil change. Ellery kept me abreast with what was going on with my vehicle. The wait time was exactly as he had stated to me. And he recommended another service to be performed. Which was the air filter needed to be change. He quoted price and I agreed to have it done. Gave me a great report on my Terrain. Truly Worth the 16+ mile drive. Note: a GMC dealership within 0.6 miles away place me hold for 8 mins and did not comeback to the phone.

Lazy or deceitful? Stay away.
We found the car we were looking for on line, called to confirm before we took leave and drove over an hour to get there. Salesman confirmed that the vehicle was there. Asked to please double check, gave him the vin number -explained trouble we were going through to get there, again PROMISED they for sure had the car. We arrived same salesman says, Oops, it's not here. He even straight faced lied and said "the car is gone, somebody came and bought it out from under me." Maybe this was just a lazy, piece of crap salesman, but I think it was a "bait and switch attempt." Don't trust these people. They will lie and inconvenience you just to get you in the door.

Great service
I made an appointment with the service department by calling the service department. The car was dropped off on a Tuesday evening with instructions on what service is be done. The service department tok care of all requested actions, mad notes of what needs to be done in the near future and my car was ready on time. No problems.

Great Deal and Great Salesperson
It was a pretty smooth experience thanks to Raymond Grape our salesman. He had everything ready and waiting for us when we arrived at the dealership and I got the payment that I was hoping for. I would most definitely recommend the dealership to friends and family.
