Great purchasing experience

I was really pleased with my vehicle purchasing experience. I will highly recommend your dealership to others, thank you. I spent months looking for a vehicle's both online and visiting dealerships. I could not find a vehicle that had all the options I wanted. The only place I could find it was at AutoNation Chevrolet Laurel. I though this would be an issue, because I live in Houston, TX. I also figured that I would easily find what I was looking for much closer to home. This would be the first time I purchased a vehicle online. As you can imagine I had a lot of questions. Working with Kyle Englert was very nice and informative. I appreciate his knowledge and patience. I emailed him about the Vehicle almost a month before I really started getting serious about making the purchase. He did not push or pester me to make the sale... I really appreciate that. Once I received the truck, Wow! The truck was everything that was represented online. Thanks again to your team there at AutoNation Chevrolet Laurel, and a special thanks to Kyle Englert. I am very pleased, thank you so much.

THEY'RE #1

The people here are awesome. At first we weren't even trying to look for a car, but just to get my husband's car serviced. We decided to look at cars just to pass time. Then Mr. Earl Ray came and greeted us. This is the most awesome car salesman on Earth. We appreciate him deeply from our hearts. He was also friendly. The one thing I loved the most is that we didn't feel pressured into buying the car. He took his time with us and really gave us true customer service. The talks were never dull. It felt like we knew him already. He deserves an award for the hard work and especially his customer service. Also, Mr. Fleming Johnson assisted us too. We're not from here but I'm glad my husband is in the service and we decided to come here. Auto Nation makes you feel at home. Thank you Mr. Ray and Johnson from getting me from 24 % to 3% on my car. This is a lifetime experience I will remember. Love you Guys!

Great service

Great experience. They help me with my warranty issue in a timely manner. Provided updates almost daily of the progress of the car. Also they were able to give me a loner and had my car faster than what was expected.

Great Service after the sale.

Every time I visit the dealership I am very pleased with the service that is accomplished and Phil always makes sure my truck is checked from top to bottom. Thanks for all you do to keep my truck in top shape.

Terrible, terrible, terrible

Generally, when I go to a chevy dealer, they are able to diag and fix issues with my vehicle. This company not only incorrectly diag-ed my car but their over-all customer service was horrible. The representative in the service department was rude and nonchalant, while I expressed my concern. It's almost like, he had issue with me not knowing what was wrong with my car and why couldn't I fix it. There are only a few chevy dealers in the area, the other is not open on the weekends. I drive an additional 15 miles to Silver Spring.

Okay purchase -

Being in customer service, I understand that sincerity and constant communication is the largest part of our success. Nia is one of the best service managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with; and I have worked with quite a few. She listened to everything that was needed, made sure she addressed all the issues, and kept me in the loop every day. So long as she is still there, I will continue to drive out 1.5 hours to get my car serviced with you. The detailing for purchase needs some work. Lots of areas missed and dirty still, even after second attempt.

Great Service Department

I had a really bad case of the Mondays. Included in that, my battery decided to die after I got to work. I called them up since they were close to my job, explained what was going on and they got me in as soon as they could that day. Phil was really helpful and friendly. They even offered to give me a ride back to work while they fixed my car. The entire experience was painless and easy, something I've never experienced at a dealer before. These guys have definitely won my business!
