Great service

I was on the computer searching for a new family vehicle. Autonation contacted me and told me that they could handle all my needs and have me in the car i want as soon as i came in. The following day i made them my first stop and everything they promised they backed up. I traded my car in, they got me in the suv i wanted at a price i could afford.

Bad customer service from Flemmie Johnson Jr.

Flemmie Johnson Jr., the Finance Manager, looked very nice within the first 5 minutes into the process of buying a used SUV. He explained the process, the interest rate and the monthly installment. His demeanor changed the moment I declined signing up for The basic or Standard maintenance plan. He spent too much time to try to convince me why I have to take that maintenance plan. I told him that I do not want to sign up for any kind of protection. After all It is my SUV and my money. I chose not to take his plan. He avoided making eyes contact and stopped explaining in detail the content of the remaining paperwork. He was just pointing out to me where I need to sign and print my name. With too many paperwork to go through I do not have time to read everything before I signed. When I got home, I read everything and realized that He sneaked two protection plans in the paperwork that I do not want to sign up. I went back to him and tell him to remove those two protection plans. His first reaction was "I can't take it back, you already signed for it". He pointed out my signature on the contract and asked me that whose signature is this? I have to threating that If he doesn't remove those plans I was going to return the car and get my money back. At this point, He said let me see what I can do for you. After four (4) hours of waiting in the lounge, He finally fixed it. He was looking at his computer screen while he was handing over the final paperwork to me for signature. When leaving I said thank you. He didn't respond to me. He was just focus on the monitor. we didn't shake hands. My only comfort was my sales consultant Cindy Shaughnessy. She was very helpful during the process of choosing the SUV. She was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She helps me find the SUV that I would like for very long time.

Very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Raymond Grape did a great job locating the exact vehicle we wanted and making sure he showed us how to operate all the options. Also he has done a good job in following up after we purchased the car to see if we needed any further help.

Great Sales Experience

Our salesman Mr. Dwayne Missick is extraordinary. Needless the say, my mother and I were very pleased with the sales advice he provided Tammy, so each of us was encouraged to go to Mr. Missick for an additional vehicle. My mother brought an Equinox, and I brought an Impala. Mr. Dwayne Missick has exceptional knowledge of the vehicles he sells, he listens, and he is honest. These are traits that are hard to find in a salesperson. In short, Mr. Missick deserves a promotion. Moreover, I will recommend him to anybody for the future purchase of vehicles. I was also pleased with the professionalism, politeness, and thoroughness of Mr. Flemming Johnson of the Finance Department.
