Bernard Caldwell

I was not comfortable starting over and looking for a new car. It had been 13 years since i bought a car. I had visited a couple dealers but dealing with Bernard and Jeff Wyler was a very nice experience. They were friendly and helpful. I felt i could trust them. I am looking forward to working with Bernard in the future. I feel they will stand by tbeir word.

We have went to several different dealership's trying...

We have went to several different dealership's trying to purchase a red Nissan Juke. Jeff wyler was the only dealership who would work with us. We wanted a red juke with the grey console. We got in contact with David Goodwin and he had our exact vehicle we wanted the very next day. We drove 2 1/2 hours from Indiana to get to Jeff Wyler and it was worth the trip. The prices can't be beat. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle at Jeff Wyler Nissan in Fairfield Ohio. Thank you David Goodwin and Jeremy Cupp.

Great Experience

I had been thinking about purchasing a Cadillac for some time, and came across a Wyler Ad in the Cincinnati Enquirer. They had several "demonstrator" Cadillacs at a very good price. I decided that I would go and see these cars and that is when I met John Reed. John was waiting at the door for me and greeted me very cordially. I explained to him what I was looking for and he took it from there. Eventually, I took a test drive at my convenience and was totally thrilled with the car that I drove. John was more than helpful in explaining all the features this car exhibited. I bought the car and was totally surprised to find that I also received an Apple IPad with the purchase of my ATS. I will see my new friend and visit when I need service. This was truly an awesome experience!

I had the most amazing experience when looking for a car....

I had the most amazing experience when looking for a car. Mr John Reed was my Sales Consultant. From the time I stepped into the show room until the time I drove away in my new Nissan Rogue he was by my side assisting me he asked if I would like something to drink and even asked if I was hungry! John is very professional and knowledgeable in his job. I feel that John Reed is an asset to this dealership. John worked very hard for me and he made my car experience a delight. He spent a lot of time going over all the details of my new car. I got my picture taken with my new car, balloons and a banner. I was treated like a queen. My friends thought I won the car because of all the fuss that was made over me purchasing this car. This would have not happened if it weren't for John. I told my friends about my experience and how amazing this experience was and to go see John Reed. Again I want to say that he is an asset to this dealership and you should be proud of his professionalism and knowledge. Doug, Ryan, and Raymond were awesome and had so much patience with me. I am going through a rough situation and went to two other dealerships and no one was willing to work with me. Doug, Ryan, and Raymond did all they could do to get me out of my lease into a used car. I can't express how appreciative I am for their hard work. I highly recommend Jeff Wyler Kia and when I need a car in the future I will definitely be coming back to them! Thank again guys for all your help :)

This is my second Kia. The first was a Spectra 5 (2006)...

This is my second Kia. The first was a Spectra 5 (2006) and now my Optima SX GDI Turbo (2012). I had a problem with a tire that I purchased from parts. The tire had a bubble and I wasn't exactly sure how to remedy this problem other than to purchase another new tire. The tire for my car isn't kept in stock because it is very expensive and was only put on the 2012 Optimas and had to be ordered. Bill and the rest of the service team explained that this problem was covered under "road hazard". I waited a few days for the new tire to come in. Because of my wait Bill not only put the new tire on for me he also rotated the left rear tire to the right front and at NO CHARGE. I couldn't believe that alll of this was done at NO COST. I am a satisfied customer, have already referred other people to purchase a Kia .I will continue to purchase other Kia"s in the future from Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield. I can't wait until the 2015 Kia K900 comes in. Sheryl and Ron Armacost

My buying experience was great. Raymond Richard was very friendly and worked hard to find a SUV that met my requirements. He answered all of my questions and concerns and contacted me when he located SUVs that I might have been interested in.
