When we decided to buy a new car we had done a lot of...

When we decided to buy a new car we had done a lot of research online. We knew we wanted the new 2013 Kia Optima SXL Turbo and decided of Jeff Wyler based on recommendations from friends and family. I initially contacted the dealership online and immediately received a response from Gary. He worked with me for several days, sending me videos, answering questions, etc. He was extremely helpful and quick to reply. The evening we arrived at the dealership Gary was with another customer so we were directed to Bernard. My husband and I have known Bernard for a long time through Fairfield football. That being said, we didn't know he worked at Jeff Wyler, but it was nice to see a familiar face. Bernard was nothing but professional! He was patient, helpful, thorough, and answered all of our questions. Bernard did everything he could to get us in the car we wanted, for the price we wanted and with terms that worked for us. I would definitely recommend Jeff Wyler to others! From our initial contact online, to working with Bernard, the sales management team, to the finance office, it was a true pleasure!

This is the second vehicle that I've purchased from the Jeff Wyler Group. My first experience at Eastgate was beyond what I had expected, the guys at Fairfield are better. Working with Bernard was awesome, good guy and easy to talk to; work with and very helpful. I would recommend Jeff Wyler Fairfield to everyone. I also have to say it was easy working with Ryan in Finance, it's not too often that the Finance people get any acknowledgement, unless its a bad one. We were greeted with a friendly welcome. Was very interested in showing us the cars and explaining the ends and outs. Able to feel comfortable with the conversion with no real pressure as you have to get today to get this deal. Now for this, did not know that I was going to be graded on how well I can write, as to not answering the question of WHY. But still like it ALL.

John was very helpful and friendly. It was the last day of the month so he had a lot going on that day. As a matter of fact, this was his off day. He still came in. I wasn't sure if I was actually going to buy a car that day but I left the lot with my brand new kia. John made that happen!!!

Pleasant Car Buying Experience

Let me start by saying, "We had the most pleasant car buying experience of our life!" If you're shopping for a car, drive right over to Jeff Wyler Fairfield Cadillac Kia Nissan to get your next vehicle. We purchased two new cars to replace our wrecked 2000 Toyota Sienna and our aged 1995 Honda Accord. Jeremy Wright (Sales Professional) negotiated our deal over the internet. We haggled over several days trying his patients with numerious emails, but Jeremy pleasantly responded to them all. We arrived at an "Out The Door" price including taxes and title -- only to find out -- we made a mistake. Marc Ancona (Sales Manager) caught the mistake when he crunched the numbers and informed us. But instead of making us pay for our mistake, Marc subtracted the error from the cost of the vehicle which cut into the dealers profit. How many dealerships would do that. Selwyn Brown (Finance Manager) was very personable and pleasant to work with as well. Instead of pushing many costly additions, we shared stories while completing the final documents. What a dealership! If you want honest salesmen (Jeremy Wright), superior customer service (before and after you close the deal), and competive pricing then shop at Jeff Wyler Fairfield Cadillac Kia Nissan and you won't be disappointed. We Weren't!

My wife and I were very impressed with Rick Brock and this dealership. This was our first time buying at this dealership and it was a very pleasant experience. Rick is an extremely friendly salesperson and very knowledgeable of the vehicles. We wanted to purchase a 2014 Nissan Rogue with specific features, but due to limited supply, he had to locate one. During this process, he kept us posted on his progress and was able to find exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend Rick Brock and the Jeff Wyler Dealership in Fairfield.

I went in looking for a newer used car with a low millage at a decent price. Duke found a list of cars in my price range out of every car I looked at I felt very confident that we would find the right one. They services they did to the car were amazing and I feel very safe. I couldn't be happier with my purchase at Jeff Wyler!

I've always had toyotas and hondas, so this was my first experience with a nissan service department. I came in for an a oil change and was greeted with a smile from Jake. The timing was great, not half my day! :) the price was reasonable. When I checked out tge young lady was very pleasant as well. Overall a great first experience with jeff wyler nissan service department in Fairfield Oh. Thanks!
