I bought a 2012 Dodge Challenger from this place, where...

I bought a 2012 Dodge Challenger from this place, where it was nice at polished up only to notice that the trunk button had been shoved through the dashboard, the weather stripping under the hood was loose and came loose when going down the highway and to make the experience even worse, when the car was salt covered (as we all were this winter) a very significant defect showed up on the front, passenger side bumper. The car had obviously been either hit with something or had hit something, then simply, as their own auto body expert pointed out, "hand brushed over with paint". They, of course, denied any liability for the damage and refused to make good on their deed of selling me a damaged vehicle. I do know the term, "buyer beware" very well however, I cannot believe the complete lack of integrity in selling damaged goods to an unsuspecting customer. During my visit to have what they would make good on I also had found out the car had been in a rear end collision while the sticker on the car had stated that the vehicle was "CarFax approved." It wasn't until my visit there that I was told that a Carfax report should have been presented to me. If I had known of this vehicle's condition, I never would have entertained the purchase. In a very strained economy where we are now thriving on Customer Satisfaction for what's most important, repeat business, I will certainly never give thought to buying from Jeff Wyler again, nor would I ever refer them to friends or family.

We are sorry to hear that you were not 100% satisfied and that our efforts to resolve this did not fully meet your satisfaction. We spoke to the General Manager and he said that they would go ahead and fix the trunk hood button and the hood seal. The GM also double checked the CarFax and no accidents were reported.

Duke done an absolutely wonderful job. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. He went above and beyond what he should've to help me get a new vehicle. I am a long time Kia, and Jeff Wyler customer. As long as they have employees like Duke, I'll be back again to purchase a new Kia!

Second time around has been the absolute best! John Reed...

Second time around has been the absolute best! John Reed my sales expert was outstanding a alleviating my anxiety regarding the purchase of an even more expensive luxury car than my previous Cadillac. With John, there was no buyers remorse, I drove away feeling confident I had the car "I" really wanted with all the bells and whistles and no haggle over price. The Fairfield Jeff Wyler team went the extra mile by staying late, John returned my emails after hours when I knew the facility was closed just to make sure my questions and concerns were answered. John Reed, coordinated and scheduled the extras notified me via email everything was done. The team leader Mr. Childers and the financing person all accommodated my odd work hours to get the deal done. Mr. Reed and the Jeff Wyler team exceeded my expectations. John Reed was very knowledge able about the Escalade...

John Reed was very knowledge able about the Escalade vehicle and very friendly. He was easy to work with and I didn't feel pressured. I would recommend anyone to seek his help with the purchase of a new vehicle. He is a hard worker. Selwyn Brown was also great to work with on the finance end of the business. Brad Childers was also professional on his part of this GM business.

I went to Jeff Wyler in Fairfield because my father has went plenty of times for his cars. I really enjoyed the experience I had with the dealership. I told Bernard Caldwell what type of price range I was looking for, the specifics of what I wanted within the vehicle and he made sure he helped me with each and every detail. He made sure he kept me within my price range as well made sure I left with a car that was well fitting for me. Very friendly-oriented guy and he was very nice. I enjoyed my experience with Jeff Wyler and I would most definitely recommend the company.

I went out to just scope out my options for a car. I stopped in the Kia dealership and Raymond Richard literally popped out of a car and offered to help me, with a "Good afternoon folks, how can I help you". We spent the afternoon working with Raymond who was very pleasant, knowledgeable and honest about my options and what was available. I must say that had Raymond not been so pleasant to talk with throughout my visit, I might have just walked through and moved on to the next lot. I walked away with a brand new 2014 Kia Sorento when I was looking for something used, and I've very happy with my purchase.

John Reed delivers what he promises! He went to work for...

John Reed delivers what he promises! He went to work for us hours before we had our appointment! He found a minivan in the parameters that we discussed. His drive to do the very best for us did not go unnoticed. He was great to my wife and especially my kids! He also stayed late to help us get a vehicle immediately! The entire staff was courteous and welcoming! Looking for a vehicle in the Tri-State area then I strongly recommend John Reed!
