Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Kind enough...

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Kind enough to let me know I did not need tires rotated which saved me some cash. Also put in my own air filter but could not get the cabin filter installed on my own. They did it for me. The service manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. I recommend Jeff Wyler Kia to all my friends and family. I'm very satisfied with my vehicle and the service.

Price was not rated great, but price point is as expected as this is a Cadillac purchase. Entire staff was professional, friendly and took the extra step to make my experience one of the smoothest transactions I have ever had. Great dealership!! When in to lease a brand new Kia Sorento. We wanted a vehicle with AWD and were trading in our Kia Rio. We were able to get the trade value we wanted, get a rebate on the MSRP of the new vehicle and get a fantastic rate. On top of the fact that we put $0 down and were out of there within 3 hours total, an overall fantastic experience.

This is my second Cadillac but my first purchase with Jeff Wyler Cadillac. I had a problem with my first Cadillac and even though I didn't purchse from Jeff Wyler, Harold McPeek helped me resolve my problem. So when I was in the market for a new Cadillac I knew I wanted to purchase through him. He is very knowledgeable, cooperative and made my overall experience and excellent one. Jason Baer was very courteous and responded...

Jason Baer was very courteous and responded professionally to all my questions. On a very cold freezing day, he met my needs in test driving a 2014 Maxima without any problems. My wife enjoyed a test drive as well, where she fell in love with the Maxima model and decided that it was the car for us! Putting our new Maxima to use for our family has already saved us in fuel costs in comparison to the Trailblazer we've owned since 2004 and that is a huge bonus to us with the costs of high gas prices! We surprised our 2 kids with the new car and how happy they've become with it, words can't describe! Thanks Jason Baer for being a great Salesman and making our new Maxima purchase a great experience!

I was searching around and sent in quite a few inquiries...

I was searching around and sent in quite a few inquiries on cars and a few called back, but soon lost interest in working with me when they found out I didn't have employment or good credit. Duke sent me an e-mail and gave me a call back right away, and even after I told him about my situation he was still positive and said he was going to try his best to work with me. He worked with me over the phone and helped me find a few cars that would fit my needs and budget, then worked on his end to find the best way to get financing for me. My husband co-signed with me and I drove off the lot today with a brand new (to me) car that met all the requirements I asked him to help me find. Duke and Jeff Wyler treat you with respect and curtsey even when your not the ideal (credit/job) customer. After I agreed on the car I wanted and they cleaned it up, it was noticed that there was a chip in the glass, they let me know that they would be fixing that for me as well at no extra cost and this is a used car not new. I am and was very impressed with this and am very happy to be a customer.

Jake went above and beyond on his customer service. I had appointment at 4:30 and the car wash guys had gone for the day. So he went and washed my car for me after it had been serviced.
