Thank you Jason Baer for your kindness and expertise in helping me sort through through all the options in selecting my 2014 Altima. I was impressed with you and all your staff. You have earned my trust. Actions speak louder than words, and I have already discussed with my daughter to lease her next vehicle with you instead of her past dealership where she's leased three Nissan's consecutively. I purchased two former Altima's myself in 2008 and 2010. This time I'm pleased to have ventured to your dealership and had the opportunity to meet you and lease my first Altima. Had my TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light come...

Had my TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light come on my dashboard during this rough cold snap this winter, after multiple attempts at ensuring my tires were indeed inflated appropriately, and after an opinion with a local mechanic friend I knew, we concluded there was likely a TPMS malfunction at stake and we all agreed that would best be served by the authorized dealership. I'd been coming to Jeff Wyler Nissan since 2008 as I consistently appreciate their customer service, friendliness, quality of communications and pricing I can deal with. Jess helped me this time, although I'd also had very good experiences with Delton in the past. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful, gave me quotes for the initial trouble shooting, then was very reasonable when he had to approach me with the bad news of having one of my TPMS sensors blown (again, it's been a hard winter, I don't fault the 5 year old Altima). The service bay waiting area is decently equipped, I could telecommute from their waiting area via my work laptop and their free wireless provision. They fixed my car within a couple hours and I'm once again a happy customer. I would buy from this dealership based on their excellent service bay alone. Thanks for your help Jess!

The experience at this location is always great. I took...

The experience at this location is always great. I took my car in for repairs. Jess was courteous, friendly and professional. He kept me informed what was being done to get my car back on the road. He also put me in touch with Jason from sales because he saw how much I loved the Nissan loaner I had while my car was being repaired. Jason and Jeremy worked hard to try and get me into the new car I wanted. we could not make it happen now but it will. Both these guys made me feel important and that is great customer service. Like I said before I have never had a bad experience at this location, sad (because I have to wait on that 2013 Nissan Altima) but not bad at all.

Jason Baer was wonderful as far as presenting all the information on the car I leased and explained everything in detail concerning price and with all the features of the vehicle. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience since it had been almost 25 years since I had purchased a new car. Thank You Jason Paula Walker

I want to say Thank You to Mr. Reed for working so hard...

I want to say Thank You to Mr. Reed for working so hard to get us in the car that we wanted. My husband and I are so excited!!! Mr. Reed was very friendly and honest, he even kept the kids happy with candy and other goodies. This was the best experience I have had buying a car, he was straight to the point and determined to get us in a car today. I will definitely recommend Mr. Reed to anyone who needs a new car.

Jeremy was great and the manager was as well. They worked...

Jeremy was great and the manager was as well. They worked with me to get me a great interest rate, the best out of all the dealerships. They helped me to get exactly what I wanted and didn't haggle back and forth with me. The next time I had arrived in, I came alone, without my dad(who had been helping me throughout the process) and they didn't try to jerk me around(like most dealerships and car repair shops do with women). Very friendly staff as well. Made me and my business feel welcome. I received greetings from all the employees.

Dakota was great. He worked with us every step of the way. He wanted to make the deal but was not high pressure about it. He is a good salesman. He was a exceptional representative of your dealership. He knew his facts.I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. He also introduced us to your service department and I felt like they were glad to have us in the Wyler Kia family.

Poor Follow Up, Sub Par Customer Service

After being directed by a mail solicitation to visit Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield for the purchase of a new car or refinance on my existing car we visited Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield. After spending a few hours discussing options and that a new car would be best for my financial situation, the sales rep said that he would review the options and call us the next afternoon. Late the next afternoon, he did in fact call to say that they were very busy and had not had the opportunity to find me the right car (or any car for that matter). He then stated would get to work on it and call Monday or Tuesday. Here I sit on Wednesday...not a peep. If the dealership or sales rep wanted to blow us off, then they should not have instilled false hope that they could find us a great deal on a car, nor made commitments on when they would follow up. No follow up or follow through equals a lost customer! Sorry Jeff Wyler, but you need to revisit Best Practices on delivering excellent customer service. The bright side..there are always plenty of other competitors waiting to swoop in where you dropped the ball.

i have always purchased cadillacs at thomson mcconnell, today i went to jeff wyler. My husband is handicapped and in a wheel chair. Ari the salesman immediately helped us with all of our concerns of getting in and out of the vehicle. He brought up several models until we found the one that best suited us. The next salesman Harold did a wonderful job of explaining all the features of the car. He ordered floor mats for me and had the car standing tall for us. The best part of my experience is everyone there made me feel like i was an old time customer not a first timer. I will definetly use this dealership again and recommand them to my friends. Thanks again!!
