A great car buying experience.
We went into Robert Horne to look at 2015 Mustangs. Our sales person Bob Wuerl was very helpful, patient and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. When I went into the dealership, I was anticipating the typical negative car buying game, but it never materialized. The financing process was quick and painless as well. Bob was helpful and honest and we left feeling very satisfied that we made the right purchase. Customer services was excellent throughout the dealership.

Glad car got fixed
Service was great,Roy did a great job and kept me informed. Only draw back is my car was kept overnight and I didn't get a loaner car,was lucky enough to get ride to work.

Excellent Service
As always a great service experience. Dave Duvall is the senior service advisor, his professionalism, knowledge of the Ford products is second to no one. He makes sure my vehicle is done on time as promised. He also makes sure that it is washed and clean when I get it back.

Great Dealership
We purchased a 2015 Ford Edge. Buying experience was one of the best we've gone through. Les Torpin was very patient with us even after we had changed our minds about things a couple times. Brian Golia in finance was fun to work with, gave us information on different things and let us make our own choices. No pressure from either one.

Truly professional
I have been to many Ford dealerships since I have only owned Fords in my life. By far this was the best experience. Every concern completely covered, they took the time to make sure i was comfortable with my wait time and even random employees came by to offer donuts and drinks. They did what they said and were professional from start to finish. I left with a newly cleaned car and the complete feeling that I'll be back when it's time to buy my next car too.
