On December 26th I contacted Vestal about a Buick Enclave I found on cars.com. The sales person assured me that it was as represented in the ad. I dro
ve about 150 miles to the dealership I had never been to before. When I arrived, in the rain, the car was for me inside. The sales person gave me a short tutorial and gave me the keys for a solo test drive. When I returned we quickly negotiated a fair price for my trade-in and the price for the Enclave. All in all I found all the personal--salesman, financial manager and sales manager to be VERY HELPFUL. I am a very experience buyer and seller of cars and have owned a leasing company. However, the experience at Vestal was one of the most professional I've ever experienced.
We drive European Imports for the most part but we???re in need for a good deal on a GMC. Trevor was excellent. I came it at 5PM and they were closing
on a Saturday. He stayed late! Something employees don???t do anymore. Great company. Good values. Good Christians. 2nd GMC I???ve purchased from Vestal.

When I moved my family to N.C. in 2009 I had used other places to service our vehicles and the work was never done correctly. They had NO CUSTOMER SER
VICE and only cared about making money. We have 3 vehicles which are two Fords and one Buick. We found vestal Buick and brought our ford Explorer in for a problem and I met with Jeff Huffman with is the head of Service he even said that you may use one of our vehicles and we would call you when my vehicle was ready. It was repaired that day and it was done right. Also, Mr Huffman said that since the part came in a kit. He would only CHARGE me for the parts they used. I never heard of a DEALER telling the truth!!! They treat us like family. GREAT WORK!!!
