Sales Specialist Noel Ayala and Sales Manager Kevin (forgot his last name) are a bunch of characters. Drove to Wilmington from Richlands on Dec 27 to... look at a 2019 Durango. They worked up some numbers but we decided to go through Navy Federal for financing. WE got back home and NFCU approved us for the loan amount on the sale sheet. My wife contacted Mr. Ayala around 6:45 to let him know we had been approved and would be back on Saturday Dec 28th to purchase the vehicle. I contacted Mr. Ayala again on Saturday morning and left him a message that we would be there at 2:00 pm to purchase the vehicle. We received a phone message from Mr. Ayala around 9:30 am returning my call stating that he would see us at 2:00 pm to finish the purchase of the vehicle. I called him again at 10:05 and spoke directly with Mr. Ayala he assured me that he would have everything ready at 2:00 pm for us. When we got there we sat at his desk for an hour then the sales manager Kevin came over told us that the Durango we were to purchase had been sold to someone else. THIS IS PROCESS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Mr. Ayala assured us the vehicle would be ready for US at 2:00 pm. Then the sales manager Kevin wanted to try and sell us something we did not want. Saying he was sorry. The proper action that should have been taken by both was to ask us before we left Friday night if we could leave a deposit to hold the vehicle or when I spoke to my Ayala on Saturday he should have pulled the vehicle off the sales lot at that time. I WILL NEVE DEAL WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN. I DROVE AN HOUR BOTH WAYS AND WASTED 3 HOURS OF MY TIME AND HAD A CREDIT CHECK RAN MY CREDIT FOR NOTHING. I AM TELLING EVERYONE I SEE TO NEVER BUY FROM HERE. I WILL SEE A LOT OF PEOPLE THERE AS I HAVE A LIFE TIME POWER TRAIN WARRENTY ON MY CURRENT DURANGO THAT HAS TO BE SERVICED AT NEUWIRTH DODGE.
Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation on Saturday. Made an appointment on Thursday for 8:40 AM. Saturday. Upon arrival I waited 10 minutes... before anyone acknowledged me. Then waited another 1/2 hr until someone started to write anything up. I asked how long it would be (after over hearing the advisor talking it is 2 1/2 hr wait) for him to say 2 1/2 to 3 hr wait. I advised then I made an appointment and he stated they take them as they come in not by appt. So why even offer it if you dont follow it. Hendrick Toyota is a lot better and follows there appt. Times. If you don't have one you wait not the other way around.

I previously liked this dealership as I have had 4 Dodges. However, my opinion has changed. My lease runs out on my vehicle soon and they asked me to... come by and discuss what I would like to do when it does. I went by and was very specific as to what I wanted and color. I found a black Chrysler Pacifica touring L plus with S package, leather seats, etc on their website later that day. I texted them to come by and check it out. They responded and asked if I could come by the next day. I did go by and was told this van was located at their lot on Market but they had pulled a white one up with exact same description and price. I told them I wanted to go to other lot to see and test drive the one I had inquired about. The salesperson and I got into the white one and I drove it to other lot. I was told to pull up front while salesperson went in to get key. I waited for quite awhile and then was told it was sold. Well let me tell you....they screwed up and were trying to cover their xxxxx by telling me it was sold and asking me if I would consider the white one. Of course I told them an emphatic "NO" that I only wanted black. Now it's been 2 weeks and that van is still listed for sale on their website and other websites as well. It was a complete waste of my time to drive over there for absolutely nothing. Also, this happened last year as well when I inquired about another vehicle for my daughter. I was asked to cone by but then told it wasn't ready because it was being detailed. Later I was told it was sold then I was told it went out for auction and was never supposed to be listed. I let it go as a mistake that time but not this time. I will be looking else where to purchase my next vehicle. They have lost a dedicated customer.

What a terrible dealership in general. Especially customer service from every employee. From day 1, couldn’t get anyone to return my calls and voicemails... and if I did, they would say they would call me back. I’ve had multiple transactions from this dealership before and I thought I would get treated better on this 3rd transaction. So this time I was selling a car to the dealership. I was made an offer. I declined at the time. Called into the dealership and spoke to the used car manager about the offer. Was told I could come in and they would honor the original offer. Brought the car in. Had 70 more miles on it than when I was in 9 days before. The used car manager couldn’t offer me the same. I even had it detailed for them. They went back on their word. They will tell you anything they want you to hear on the phone to get you in the door. I have family that is looking to buy a new Wrangler and I will make sure they do not come here. You’ve lost a great customer due to your lies and lack of customer service from multiple people at your dealership and future new car purchases. ALSO, I was owed back money from them purchasing my vehicle and was promised they would call me by Wednesday of that next week to have me come pick up the check. I called Saturday morning and it took the 6th call for someone to actually say I can come by to get it. Everyone else said they would call me right back and then when I called back after hours of waiting they made up another excuse. What a shame this dealership is. Don’t deal with Brandon C. in car sales.

Went in today for an "Express" oil change, got there at 7:15am, by 10:00 it still wasn't done and all they had done was give me a runaround about when... it would be done. In the meantime I had sit there and watched multiple people that came in after me already finished and gone. Once I pointed out how long I had been there, an hour later they were still talking about "working me in".

5 Star Service & Staff! Vince in the service department has and continues to go out of his way for us every time we have our car serviced. It's people... like him that make the dealership. He understands customer service, and goes out of his way to make every appointment outstanding. Great communication, follow through, and service. He goes the extra mile when most wouldn't. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Neuwirth. Each time I have gotten excellent customer service. The last purchase I made was at the end of January of... this year, 2018. James Reynolds was my sales person. He was Awesome. He made me feel that I and my time was very important. He has followed up with me to make sure things are going great with my new vehicle.
