2018 Chrysler Pacifica consumer reviews

My 2018 Pacifica has been repeatedly taken to 2 dealerships for days, weeks, once they had it a month! At 1st dealership employee duplicated it rolling backward while in drive (more than once) on a test drive. Chrysler said they’d buy it back, didn’t happen. 2nd dealership did not duplicate it, but did fix other issues such as back up camera coming on and dial gear shift jumping into R while driving on the highway, brakes, and radio with grounding the battery. Dealership managers say their hands are tied by Chrysler, I think their fingers are broken since they don’t return phone calls! This vehicle is an unsafe van that my family and I are stuck with. Chrysler has shown they do not care!

A new version for our old T&C van, with new safety features, better mileage, and electronics. Hope this one will last us for 16 years as our last one did.

Love this van!! Plenty of room and space!! Very reliable and great for going on trips!! I can see my family going on plenty of trips!!

If your looking for a minivan for a family the Pacifica is hard to beat. Stow and go seats are amazing. Don’t get a minivan without them.

PLENTY OF SPACE, GREAT FOR LONG DRIVING, RADIO SCREEN CONNECTS TO CELLPHONE ALLOWING TO LAUNCH YOUR OWN CELLPHONE APPS. THE BEST BLUETOOTH DEVICE ON A VEHICLE WITH VOICE RECOGNITION, PARKING IN REVERSER ASSISTANT TECHNOLOGY INCLUDED AND MUCH MORE FEATURES. THE ONLY REASON FOR SELLING IS THAT I NEED AN UPGRADE TO A 250 DIESEL PICK UP TRUCK FOR HEAVY LOAD.

Inside the seating room is bigger than our towncand country which is great. 2 design flaws i feel and a lot of others do too online is #1 the headrest for mid seating is not good for child seats..very hard to remove head rest and they Do NoT adjust at all. Its an issue for families, #2 the gear switch knob is poorly placed as anyone who uses volume on radio could easily flip it into lower gear or neutral and i see that as safety hazard . Overall besides thise two things i still would give the Van 4.5 stars for everything else. Really is a great purchase!

I am sorry that some owners have had problems. We have owned a Town and Country seven years before the Pacifica. I thought the Town and Country was about as good as it gets. But, wow, the Pacifica is better for us. We are both 77 years old and it suits our needs perfectly!

Have owned Caravan before and it fits our needs now and in the future. Has comfort we want when traveling on a vacation trip to Florida.

A great low mileage used vehicle. Stylish and comfortable. The advanced tech package is great. The kids absolutely love the entertainment center and heated mid seats.

The moment I drove off the lot with my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica - I didnt relies the ticking, knocking or flutter noise in my engine until I turned down my volume! I hear it all the time!!!! Ive had it checked more than 5 times - actually today 4/15/2019 the SHOP FORMAN told me its normal????!!!!!!! NORMAL????!!! Ive owned 3 vehicles and Ive never heard anything like this??? Thats not NORMAL CHRYSLER!!!! FIX THE xxxx PROBLEM!!!! Im paying for a noisy engine noise and I was told to turn my volume up to disregard the noisy engine... WOW THATS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! IM NEVER BUYING ANOTHER CHRYSLER!!!! They have proven to me that money is all they care about!!! I miss owning a CHEVY!! Never had this problem and even if i did they would fix it!!!!
