This has been one of the Best vehicles I've ever owned.

This has been one of the Best vehicles I've ever owned. It is probably The Most Reliable car I've ever had. The only negative in my opinion is the paint job the Manufacturer did or the paint they used. Other than that it's been a great vehicle.

Best vehicle

I've had mine for almost 20 years and luckily or not it's been trouble free except for a few recalls. She's a dream car with 133,000 Miles on it. I also have a Nissan Rogue and it's a tough choice as to which I'll get Next when it comes time to get a new one.

Wish I still had it!

We bought a 2004 CR-V LX new. We opted for the 5-speed, and had a lot of fun driving it. We drove it all over the place. It got regular oil changes at the Honda dealer. We had to replace the clutch at 183K miles. The service advisor thought I was kidding when I told him it was the original clutch. The only problem we had was the A/C compressor. We had five fail in five years. The first two were paid for by the original warranty, the second two by the extended warranty. I don’t know if it was because this one was built in the UK. We lived in Las Vegas, so A/C was critical in the summer. Everyone I talked to with the same year said they had no problems. Honda denied there was a problem. I would still be driving it, but it met an untimely demise when the trailer hauling it during a move rolled over. It was at 210K and still going strong. I miss my CR-V.

Zippy and good touring - even from a 2004

The CR-V isn’t going to win any competitions out of the gate, but it is a sensible and reliable car. Actually my 2004 with just under 100k miles is faster than the 2016. It corners, and thanks to Turbo gives me what I want, which is guts without being performance. Gas mileage is lesser by the way I drive, but the only people going faster than me are the street racers. You’ve got good looks thanks to tinted windows attractive rims and some window and sunroof rainguards, which are super helpful on those road trips besides looking good. It’s almost like having a Subaru Outback without being in Australia... Love this car, the styling from 200

Great vehicle and gas milage is exceptional. I have gotten a oil change exery 2,000 miles. I do have a internal dash light out. Plastic siding faded.

Don't Make Them Like They Used To

I wish Honda made CRVs like these again. The ones after 2006 are ugly in my opinion and I hear they have a lot of electrical problems.

Best vehicle I've ever owned

2004 CRV All wheel drive. Can not say enough about how good this vehicle has been and still is. We bought it used with ninety thousand miles on it and now has right at 200,000 and still runs great. Knock on wood but we've had zero problems with it so far.

So far the closest to perfect vehicle I’ve owned

I’ve only had to do normal maintenance on my CR-V in the first 16yrs of ownership and I’ve had it since New! The only complaint I have is the paint job on my Black car! It has faded in areas like the hood in particular which started in its 2nd year and was horrible by the 4th year! But, running wise and judging it by its lack of any overwhelming costs of maintenance I’d give this vehicle a 9.5/10 as it has been extremely reliable, the only time it broke down on me was a dead battery which thankfully having AAA I received a new battery upon their arrival! I would definitely not only recommend this vehicle BUT I’d buy another one myself!

Best car I’ve ever owned

This car was amazing! I bought it with 149,000 miles and drive it until it had 254,000. I traded it in for a newer vehicle for my growing family. The car just kept going and exceeded my expectations, all it required was regular oil changes and services. I will be a Honda loyalist for life.
