Trim Levels

For the most part, the RX trim levels are identical regardless of what powertrain buyers pick — meaning the Luxury trim includes the same content whether it’s on the RX 350, the 350h or the 450h+. The entry-level Standard trim includes 19-inch wheels, a power liftgate, synthetic leather upholstery, heated front seats, a power tilt/telescoping steering column and ambient lighting. The RX Premium adds a moonroof, heated steering wheel, windshield-wiper de-icers and ventilated front seats. On the RX 450h+, the Premium also includes 21-inch wheels and a larger 14.5-inch touchscreen.

The Premium+ includes the 21-inch wheels and larger touchscreen regardless of powertrain choice. It also gains genuine leather and upgraded ambient lighting.

Buyers who opt for the Luxury trim level get upgraded LED headlights, a panoramic moonroof and a semi-aniline leather interior with power-adjustable and heated second-row seats.

Based on the entry-level Standard trim, the F Sport Design rides on black 21-inch wheels and gets unique front and rear bumpers, plus a moonroof, windshield-wiper de-icers and a heated steering wheel. The F Sport Handling backs up the Design’s looks with a sport-tuned suspension featuring adaptive shock absorbers. Only available with the RX’s most potent 500h powertrain, the F Sport Performance features everything from the lesser F Sports plus a panoramic moonroof, the larger touchscreen and real leather.

Standard and Available Safety Features

Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 is standard on every 2026 RX. This safety suite includes forward collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane-centering steering, emergency steering assist, oncoming vehicle detection and automatic high beams. Blind spot monitors, rear cross-traffic alert, and front and rear parking sensors are also standard.

A head-up display is included on the Luxury, F Sport Handling and F Sport Performance trim levels; it’s optional on the Premium+.
