  • I wish I could love it but it was a serious miss.

I wanted to love this car so much but there are just too many issues. Some are poor design like the windshield wiper fluid being on the windshield wiper. It backsplashes so it is impossible to wipe the windshield dry/clean. I also do not like the interior door release button in place of a regular handle. Everyone who rides in my car gets confused about how to open the door. Both of these changes are a solution in search of a problem. But I could tolerate all of that if the Infotainment system wasn't so glitchy. Both the main/front screen and the back screen regularly go blank. I have had it in twice to have it fixed with varying success which doesn't last. It makes my family hate the car because you are unable to do basic things like turn off the rear seat warmers, adjust the temp & fan, change the radio. Its unacceptable to have a $70k+ vehicle that has so many annoying problems.

  • Fantastic upgrade

Fantastic upgrade from my BMW x5 45e due to stiff ride and only 5 seats. The massaging seats are incredible and the Revel sound system is the best I've ever had in a car.

  • Had to lemon law

We had to lemon law our grand touring after only owning it for 3 months. The dealership had it for another almost 3 months and still has it, with it still not functioning properly. It’s been a terrible experience owning the car and would not recommend it at all. The 2023 has minimal changes in it from our reading, so I wouldn’t recommend any of the Aviator grand tourings.

  • LINCOLN IS BACK

Great ride, loaded with technology, and very comfortable. This car is a winner for Lincoln. Engine is powerful and gas mileage is good for the weight and size of the vehicle.

  • A Lemon in the Making

I traded a 2022 Lincoln Aviator for a 2022 Lincoln Aviator HYBIRD. Within the first hour of having this car, the air conditioning stopped working. It took four visits to the dealership to get this fixed. Then within one week of having it fixed, the air conditioning stopped, but since it started to work again, the dealership couldn’t do anything. Now on the tenth day after fixing the air conditioning, the air conditioning stopped working. I was told the blower motor needs to be replaced again. It will take another three to four days to get this fixed. I waiting to see if the GM for the dealership where I purchased this vehicle, to see if he will stick to his word. He stated that if this happens again, he will buy this car back.
