2020 Volvo S60 Hybrid review: Our expert's take
What Is the 2020 Volvo S60?
The Volvo S60 is a five-seat luxury sedan that competes with the BMW 3 Series, Audi A4 and Mercedes-Benz C-Class. Front-wheel-drive models are powered by a standard 250-horsepower, turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, while all-wheel-drive versions use a turbocharged and supercharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that makes 316 hp. Both engines work with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Volvo also sells a plug-in hybrid version of the S60 that can travel up to 22 miles on electric power alone, according to EPA estimates. Â
What’s New on the 2020 Volvo S60?

What Features in the 2020 Volvo S60 Are Most Important?
Standard convenience features include Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone connectivity, dual-zone automatic air conditioning and a panoramic moonroof with a power sunshade. Standard active safety features include forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist and automatic high-beam headlights.Â
Should I Buy the 2020 Volvo S60?
The S60 is a stylish alternative to traditional entry-level luxury sedans and features an intuitive multimedia system, good visibility and useful storage areas. The driving experience, however, may not meet the standards of driving enthusiasts, and passengers don’t have a lot of extra space.
