Accommodating to Ohio Ridgeline Travellers

Thank you, Bend Honda service technicians & Ty Clark for fielding our phone call yesterday regarding a funny smell from under the hood (after a couple of days of taxing travel over the mountains towing our 16' Airstream with 2017 Ridgeline). You advised us to stop by -- that you'd ask a technician to check over the transmission. We stopped this morning and your technician pulled the transmission fluid dipstick and, yep, identified that burnt smell right away. We elected to have you flush it and replace it with new fluid -- you had to squeeze us into an already full schedule. So thank you all very much for being so accommodating and allowing us to continue our journeys with one less big worry! --mm / AJ / Moose the dog.
