Danny Park was terrific. He was very easy to transact with and was a man of his word. He cares about his customers and it shows. I had an issue with the car and he made it right ASAP. It was impressive. In my dealings with him, he was a pro and I am glad I got my car from him.

I am writing to express my satisfaction with my recent lease of an Acura ZDX from your dealership. The experience was truly enjoyable, and I appreciate the professionalism and patience displayed by the staff. In particular, Jean, the sales manager, and David, my salesman, were exceptional. I was impressed by the dealership’s knowledge and expertise. They provided me with comprehensive information and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I feel a strong sense of trust and loyalty towards your dealership and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you again for making a smooth and easy transaction. But best of all a great deal.

I went looking for the best deal for a RDX. Angel Ahmedi was helping me and she was great. She was sweet and welcoming and answered all my questions. I enjoyed dealing with her and I know I can call her anytime to address my concerns. I have leased many Acuras in the past and without a doubt , I will continue in the future. Heidi Zenou

2023 Acura MDX review
I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

As always, I am a very satisfied customer with the service I receive at Island Acura. The service manager, Joey Robinson, addresses all of my concerns and ensures that my RDX has been serviced to my complete satisfaction. Joey's top notch servicing of my Acura vehicle is the reason I keep returning to this particular Acura dealership for all of my servicing needs. It is also why I have been a loyal customer for nearly 40 years.

A Spec Advance has all the features I need and is super comfortable. Massaging seats, heated steering wheel, heads up display and just the right amount of tech. This is not the top line model but darn close. Great punch for the price amongst comparables and has the quality and reliabilty from Honda/Acura that you can count on.

I cannot say enough great things about Jose Diaz at Open Road Acura in Wayne, NJ. This is now the second car I’ve purchased from Jose, and both experiences have been nothing short of outstanding. From the moment you step into the showroom, Jose makes you feel like a priority. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and he truly listens to what you’re looking for—he is not just trying to make a sale. He takes the time to walk you through every detail, answers every question with patience and confidence while respecting you time. Needless to say he works tirelessly to make sure you leave with a deal you feel great about. What really sets Jose apart is his consistency. It’s rare to find a salesperson who remembers you years later, treats you like family, and maintains such a high level of integrity and care. That’s why I came back— why I’ll continue to come back. And, this is why I referred my daughter to him and we both walked out with two SUVs. If you’re looking for a smooth, pressure-free, and genuinely enjoyable car-buying experience, ask for Jose Diaz. He’s a true professional and a major asset to the Open Road Acura team. Thank you again, Jose, for making this another amazing experience for myself and my daughter

2026 Acura MDX review
The Aspec Advance MDX punches way above its class. For the price point, you get all the bells and whistles. Compared to other higher end SUVs, you don’t have to add anything. It has massaging front seats that are heated and ventilated. It has a 19 speaker deluxe sound system. It also has a heated steering wheel and many other features. It drives like a dream smooth and quiet. Great road trip vehicle!

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
