It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

it met all of my expectations and i honestly love the ride, it was clean and kept well maintained by the previous owner
the color was nice like i never been so happy to be driving, and isnt that the most important. im going to have this car for 5 years financed so i made sure i fell in love with it.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.
Great looking SUV... Until it becomes unreliable.

Fun to drive and very capable in the snow. After lots of highway driving for work - the air conditioning unit failed. This is a critical component as it is needed for the entire engine to work.
I was shocked to find out that Not only was it a $2,600 repair, but worse there or no new or used units available in the United States and the air conditioning unit was on backorder with no definite time of when they were going to receive any new units.
So right now the car is dead and cannot operate and it cannot be repaired. I don't even know how something like this happens this is a terrible car company.

Worst experience buying a car. The Acura had several problems with the transmission and they said it was "normal" on all the cars. The acuras come with a German transmission and they shift very hard.. It's uncomfortable for everyone in the car..

I purchased a car 18 months ago from Goldstein Jeep in Latham. It was totally by chance that I ended up there to look at cars. I had been to several dealerships, as my lease was ending and needed a car. It was truly a wonderful experience . My salesman, Mike Davey was great. He listened to what I was looking for and what I wamted to spend. The whole sales team was amazing. Then I went on to work with the finance team that was also an amazing experience. It has been a year and a half since my Purchase and I walk in the dealership to have my car washed every few weeks and every single person says hello to me -every person that I encountered throughout my sale remembers me. I just had my first experience with the service department and I have to say I'm once again I'm amazed. I know I've use that word a lot but there truly is no other way to say it.
It must be an amazing place to work because every single employee that you encounter when you visit that dealership is happy.

I was specifically looking at the 2016 model because of the features it offered. The Volvo dealership gave me an opportunity to make my dream come true. In fact, I had so much confidence in them after my initial visit, that I came down to Florida from Wisconsin to purchase the car.
My visit to Northeast Acura was a first, not having purchased an Acura in the past. The salesperson, Emily Famulare, greeted me with a smile, and proceeded to explain the workings of the RDX, went over my many questions with precise answers, pointing out features that made me decide to purchase. The test drive really "sealed the deal" for me. Throughout the rest of the process, Emily, and other associates, acted professionally, courteously, in a warm, friendly manner. Five stars to Northeast Acura!

Stylish car on the outside and a lot of room on the inside. The optional third row is very helpful and the tech package is great too. I would buy another MDX.

get terrible gas mileage, transmission is crap! pretty body-style but we need functional vehicle. 2003 should be recalled for transmission too. 2002 was recalled they need to look closer at 2003 model.
Chris and his staff were professional,courteous,knowledgeable and accomodating. The repairs to my truck were completed ahead of schedule and done flawlessly. I would recommend C&R Auto to anyone in need of repairs or a replacement vehicle. Thanks Chris!

This car is great for a growing family like mine. It has so much room and it's comfortable seating 7 at one time. It handles well and is great looking. I am happy to own an Acura MDX! ?

Own an MDX for four years now and still very happy with it. The seven-seat cabin is great, spacious and plenty for a family of four. The ride is smooth and responsive. Above all, I absolutely love the SH-AWD system, it saved our ride during a snow storm!
The only recurrent issue is that an average of 19 MPG is really bad for this class, especially when you need to use premium fuel. Please Honda, make the Acura's more fuel efficient!
Absolutely dealing with Megan Maclane was great she was very professional and extremely pleasant and I felt I had a good knowledge of the car that I was looking at which was the MDX in our DX model and I would highly recommend anyone to go back and deal with her as the sales rep. And I did not feel pressured which meant a lot to me
