Elder Ford of Tampa review
Elder Ford was great to deal with from start to finish! Jayson was my salesperson and made the experience very relaxed and easy! I highly recommend this dealership!
2023 Acura MDX review
We love our 2023 Acura MDX -- handling, ride (in all modes), acceleration (definitely enough when you need it to enter the highway, etc.), interior, dependability, technology and size. This car is the perfect size for us with 3 dogs. We make lots of trips to the park and of course, to stores regularly too. We do lots of DIY projects too so we need to haul materials. The MDX offers plenty of space to do it. The gas mileage is great (25 mpg+ in the city for us) -> much better than the under 10 mpg we had been getting with our 2018 truck. Very pleased with the versatility of the MDX.

Our sales rep Ezrahel is exceptional. Fantastic customer service throughout the pre and post sales process. This makes their service well rounded from the beginning and throughout the Lexus experience. Thank you!
2024 Acura MDX review
Four months into the driving and configuring my wife's new MDX… So far so good! Excellent finish and interior quality. The car feels solid and is very quiet inside. No rattles, no squeaks, the only abnormal sound I can hear is the jingling of the metal ring on the key fob laying in the door top pocket. Driving mode is easy to switch using large knob in the center console, no need to stop and drill into the menu options like on new Lexus RX. Sport mode eliminates any feelings of insufficient engine power (at expense of the gas mileage, that's for sure), no jerking transmission then either. With about 4000 miles on it, transmission feels silky smooth. The sound system is excellent! The infotainment system is fine - no finger smudges on the screen. BTW, the screen panel quality is way better than the one on new Lexus RX. High contrast, deep black, and no way to get sun glare anywhere near. Apple CarPlay, Android Auto – all work like a charm. Default Acura's navigation is actually not that far behind, giving the choice of seamlessly switching between at least 3 navigation systems at any time during the driving (Acura's, Apple/Google Maps, or Waze in my very modest setup). Engine stop/start is annoying, but there is a way to control it with the brake pedal pressure – light pressure prevents engine from shutting down. Not sure what those rich folks with $60k+ cars are complaining about gas mileage. It's not a city commuter's car. I'm seeing 27-28 mpg cruising on the highway. It doesn't require premium fuel, that's additional 20% fuel economy for you. Driver assist features are all good and very usable. I only don't get why would ACC (adaptive cruise control) need to be that sensitive and require periodic "proof of presence", literally makes me shake the steering wheel a bit every several minutes. I hope Acura will relax this "rule" with the future software update, …please.

Lexus of Wesley ChapelReviews
Lexus of Wesley Chapel review
I truly never write reviews, but I felt that my experience at Lexus of Wesley Chapel was worth sharing. I had the privilege of working with several of their employees on the purchase of my new Lexus TX. Isaac right off the bat was an absolute angel to work with. We came into the dealership around 5pm when he was getting ready to go home. Not only did he stay late to help us, but truly worked so hard to help us get the best deal. He is absolutely the most caring and compassionate sales person I have ever come across. He cares about building a relationship with the customer so that they will return. It explains why he has so many repeat customers. The sales manager Rex is also amazing to work with. He worked late into the evening to help us get the best deal right around where we wanted to be. And lastly, I also have to rave about the finance manager Travis. He answered every question we had and made sure we were completely covered on all bases. I have never had such a positive car buying experience. I was hesitant to switch from Mercedes of Tampa to Lexus of Wesley Chapel, but am absolutely glad I did. I will be a customer of Isaac’s and Lexus of Wesley Chapel for life! An overall great experience not to mention all of the amenities you have access to after becoming a customer!
2022 Acura MDX review
I really like my 2022 Acura MDX, it’s a luxury SUV. It’s pretty and it’s just for me. The problem, I have only had it for 22 months and the starter went. It cost us $950.00 to replace the starter, that didn’t include the labor. Thank God my husband has quite a bit of knowledge on installing starters. Problem number 2, reverse light needs to be replaced, that’s the hold panel and the cost is a whopping $500.00 and something dollars. The 60,000! mile maintenance has to be done in the next few months. The dealer charges $1,325,00, Honda charges $835.00 but it has to be done. But again, I love my car and I plan on having it for years to come.

This was our fourth dodge purchase over the past ten years and our second from Jerry Ulm Dodge in Tampa. We have all of our vehicles serviced at this dealership and the service has been outstanding so far.
2026 Acura MDX review
The Aspec Advance MDX punches way above its class. For the price point, you get all the bells and whistles. Compared to other higher end SUVs, you don’t have to add anything. It has massaging front seats that are heated and ventilated. It has a 19 speaker deluxe sound system. It also has a heated steering wheel and many other features. It drives like a dream smooth and quiet. Great road trip vehicle!

2023 Acura MDX review
Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

Lexus of ClearwaterReviews
Lexus of Clearwater review
I recently had my vehicle serviced at Lexus of Clearwater. My visit was not what I expected, so I replied to their survey the following day. My concern had to do with the service representative and not the service to my vehicle. A few days later, I received a call from their customer service representative who was very apologetic and explained that my issue was addressed should not occur again. As a Lexus customer I was very pleased and impressed by the immediate actions taken by their customer service representative. No one is perfect and know people have bad days, regardless I was very satisfied how Lexus handled my issue. I respect the fact that they dealt with this concern in a professional manner. That is why I love Lexus.

Cornell your the best !!!! Again, appreciate you !!! Great experience! Will definitely refer you to family and friends !!!!
2024 Acura MDX review
1. Infotainment system very difficult and confusing to learn. And dangerous to use. I hate it. Not at all intuitive. Doesn't include a CD player. Heads-up is distracting as is using any part of the audio system, phone, etc. Reading of the manual is required - which is in very small print. 2. Generally - drives very well and is smooth - except on the freeway where I find it is anything but smooth. Hard to explain, but in parts of freeway I feel as if the car is lightly pulling side to side. I'm writing this off to having spent last 9 years driving a large SUV that drove like a dream. I wanted to downsize, hence my choice. But I'm not thrilled with the drive. 3. Very comfortable seats in first and second rows. I doubt I'll ever use the 3rd row as it is very small, but when not is use, I have a very large cargo area which I love. Seat cooling not at all useful. Should be much better given the technology for this has been around for many years. 4. Generally, I'm happy when just driving around town. The pick-up from stop to go is a little sluggish, but very smooth and drives well once you get moving. But if Lexus RX ever adds a V-6, I'll trade out. The small luxury items in a Lexus, like the steering wheel, wood interior - much nicer. But the seats are great and once you get used to using the infotainment system, it's manageable. But Edmunds wasn't kidding - huge learning curve and not something you want to be fiddling with when driving.

Juwal, Travis and financing or seamless and didn’t harass us to add add-ons because I told what my budget was upfront and when I needed the car to do and they found that car and they made it fit my budget and I’m talking about cash budget out the door cause I don’t do car payments They are lovely lovely people they’ve called to check on the car and me and my daughter because we need the car for the safety features because of our medical issues this dealership treats you as though you are family which is greatly appreciated in a really cruel world.
2023 Acura MDX review
It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

2024 Acura MDX review
This SUV is awesome. It is surprising how comfortable and roomy is yet maneuvers so well in tight spaces like parking lots. It has a 3rd row seating which I will not likely ever use but it lays completely flat, so there is no loss of room. The rear area has plenty of room for 4 bags of golf clubs. We drove it to Las Vegas from SoCal last weekend and are really pleased with it.

BMW of Wesley Chapel review
It is a genuine please for me to recommend BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel and especially Chad Stephens for his professional service that not only met but exceeded my expectations. He was always readily available via his cell phone or when busy texted to let me know he was working with a client and that he would get back to me as soon as he was available. He also went the extra mile when it came to paying attention to details. I feel that BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel has established a record of responsibility, reliability, promptness and integrity through Chad Stephens and you Alex Senko your financial professional At times, as in many cases, we ran into special circumstances where the outcome relied on the flexibility and promptness of the professionals at BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel. Fortunately, Chad Stephens put the extra effort and time to deliver a positive outcome. I am confident of the quality of profession and excellent customer service Chad and Alex provided as their number one priority. I am pleased to recommend Chad Stephens; he is the best. 2022 Acura MDX review
I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However, the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

Wow so many great cars to pick from! Very nice dealer! Great customer service! Recommend!
2012 Acura MDX review
I bought this car used in 2013 with 17,000 miles. Late 2024 it started using oil. I decided to get rid of it before it started having a lot of problems. 159,000 miles I sold it. It was needing 2 quarts of oil every 5000 miles. I did not investigate why the oil consumption was happening. Prior to the oil issue I had no problems at all. I did all of the recommended maintenance. I loved this car. Best car I ever had. I was sad to get rid of it.

2025 Acura MDX review
After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

2020 Acura MDX review
Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

Lexus of Wesley Chapel review
I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!
2024 Acura MDX review
We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

CarHeroes review
As I’m a couple hours from their location, Car Heroes worked with me over the phone to answer questions and get details and pricing/financing on some trucks. Cornell and Dominic worked very hard to earn my business, though the truck just wasn’t the right one for me. I would work with them again. I regret that I couldn’t buy from them this time. Thank you, sirs.

2023 Acura MDX review
The salesman called me as a follow up to my inquiry of the car from cars.com He was is simple terms - unprofessional. He acted as though we were drinking buddies. His vocabulary was very slang, from the hood. His experience is lacking on how to talk to an adult. A car is an investment. It’s a very personal buying experience. A buyer needs to feel assured about the car and dealership before buying. Strongly recommend to buy a car from another dealership than cars connect in Tallahassee, Florida.

CarMax Dothan review
Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.
