My husband and I went to purchase a truck, however, prayed and were at peace if it didn???t work out it didn???t work out. We made that clear to our salesmen, but they continued to attempt to encourage us to purchase a vehicle we were not interested in. We feel the ego of the establishment got in the way of customer service. We ended up using a more local dealership which we felt much more at peace with.

After driving a 2010 TSX for the last 5 years, I am sold on the brand. I just purchased a 2015 TLX a month ago and so far, like the TSX, it has not disappointed.
Jordan listened to what we wanted and quickly got us a deal we still feel great about eight months later. Not at all pushy, just easy going and ready to let us set the tone. We had our eye on a used car, and he gave us a maintenance package that is delivering what we need, staying in our budget. We???d recommend him in a heartbeat!

Car has more leg room bells and whistles. The previous body style was nice but i like thr new one more. I'm seriously thinking about purchasing another one.
I will recommend this company to everyone. No haggle prices and just honest people. I used John Valentine and he was super helpful and fast

This is a nice car and has all of the latest safety devices. The car is much louder than expected and has transmission shift issues at 3/4 to full throttle. The only reason I purchased this car was the dealer was taking significant $$$ off. The local Acura Service Department, Hunt Valley Acura in MD, is the worst. Could not repair transmission issue, which they recreated, so just told me to bring it back when the transmission completely fails. I complained to corporate and received no response. I will never buy another Acura.
i’m so happy i went there to get my car! my salesman chris was SO nice and made sure i was taken care of. i was nervous about going in there but he was so thorough about everything it put me at ease. i love this place and HIGHLY recommend.

I very happy with this car. I don't have the same complaints as other owners, but feel the car is comfortable enough for a low-end luxury car. The only problem is of my own making; I paid a little too much for this car, and should have done more homework before shopping for one. Since I drive less than 3,000 per year, I'm hoping this will be my last car. The 2006 Acura TL I had dropped the transmission, so I sold it to the repair shop owner. It would have cost $4,000 to replace the transmission on a $7,000 car.
Sales person Kenya Ellis-Walker helped us filter through the choices we had researched. She is knowledgeable, relaxed, patient and listened to us so that she understood what each of us in this couple wanted. She is great.
Plus the whole Car Max experience is pleasant because you can flip among comparable cars of different makes and compare then and there. And you are not pressured at all because the sales people are salaried--the entire experience reduces stress and gives you more choice. Good for people who prefer space to think and options to compare.

Worst experience buying a car. The Acura had several problems with the transmission and they said it was "normal" on all the cars. The acuras come with a German transmission and they shift very hard.. It's uncomfortable for everyone in the car..

It took me about a month or two to make my decision on what vehicle to purchase.The process was not painful. Aaron took his time and helped me all along with comparing vehicles, test drives and side to side comparisons. It was a comfortable process. Chris also helped a great on the day of the purchase. These guys work as a team and the Manage Tim ensures customers are be taken care off. I will recommend Acura of gainesville for your next vehicle purchase even if you are not looking to to buy an acura.
Great looking SUV... Until it becomes unreliable.

Fun to drive and very capable in the snow. After lots of highway driving for work - the air conditioning unit failed. This is a critical component as it is needed for the entire engine to work.
I was shocked to find out that Not only was it a $2,600 repair, but worse there or no new or used units available in the United States and the air conditioning unit was on backorder with no definite time of when they were going to receive any new units.
So right now the car is dead and cannot operate and it cannot be repaired. I don't even know how something like this happens this is a terrible car company.

This car was a great daily driver. I drive a lot and was comfortable and safe the entire time. Myself, and passengers, were always comfortable on long road trips. This also had amazing technology features, and was an overall fun car to drive!
Plenty of power, nice luxury features, lots of interior room, great looks and very reliable so far. I recommend this vehicle if you need to transport your family but also want something that is fun to drive and has some luxury features and looks great.
I test drove a 2014 Mercedes C250 and the Acura TLX. The Acura won my vote hands down. I owned my last vehicle 13 years, looking forward to a long relationship with this beauty. Absolutely stunning vehicle!
I have no real complaints about this car. I handes well, great acceleration and a comfortable ride. There is plenty of room for me inside to fit my bike or golf clubs.
My only complaints is the need for high test gas and the backup camera makes no sound when an object is directly behind you only on side objects moving toward you.
I’ve taken this car on several long trips and couldn’t be happier. From the gas mileage to the navigation system this car can’t be beat. I’ll never buy any other car.
