We purchased A used vehicle from Metrowest Acura. The car was in our price range and priced below most other dealerships. The frustrating thing was the complicated way we had to purchase the vehicle. We drove from out of state 3 hours One way. The deal ship knew we were coming but did not inform us the person to complete the paperwork for our purchase wasn’t working that day so we had to drive the 3 hours again to sign the papers needed to purchase the vehicle. Again on this second visit the person who signs off the title was not in the office so we didn’t get all the paperwork needed and it took them a few dats to send the papers in the mail. We brought transfer plates from our state on the second visit to drive the car home. Most of these headaches could be avoided if Massachusetts allowed dealers to give out temporary plates. All in all we like our purchase just not the extra drives and waiting to actually call the car our own.

2024 Acura Integra review
For reference I am going list a few of my previous cars. I typically keep my vehicles until they become money pits. I am only listing "cars" not my trucks and SUV's. I've had 1988 ($8k used) and 1994 ($34k new) Supra's (pre-Fast and Furius days, both amazing cars and not modified), 2001 ($30k new) Audi A4 2.8 (horrible car - spent more time in a loaner than my actual car), 2013 ($34k new) Dodge Charger SRT-8 (best car I've ever owned but was totaled, was an actual Dodge before FCA took over production in 2014), and it's replacement was a fully loaded 2022 ($60K) Dodge Charger Scat Pack (looked and sounded great, but is tied as worst car with the Audi, Stellantis era vehicle - only vehicle I've ever traded before paying it off). I traded in the Scat for the Integra ($38k) and have zero regrets. Yes, I lost 275 HP - but I also got a car that looks great, gets 38 MPG (at 65 MPH on back-roads), has almost all the same features (the ones it does have are better), and has had zero issues in 12000 miles and 2x 1300-mile interstate road trips (at 85 MPH getting 35 MPG). As I primarily use this as a commuter, the thing I like the most is $30 vs $75 tank of premium fuel from the SRT and Scat every week (and my insurance dropped $400 a year). Believe it or not, even though it is a compact sedan, it has more legroom in the rear than the Charger (a "full size sedan"). My main issues with the car are the original tires had very hard rubber and caused what people say is the loud road noise, there is no cooled seat option, and no AC vents in the rear of the car. Other minor issues are even on the premium 18" wheels the car sits very low, even though the hatch is great for cargo it leaves little headroom for taller passengers, and the cheap gloss black trim in the front leaves fingerprints and is easy to scratch (upgraded to aftermarket caron fiber).

2023 Acura Integra review
I got the base package, I wish I would have gotten the A-Spec. There is a faulty window seal on the drivers side that needs attention and the adaptive cruise control is new for me, along with the engine idle shut off, both features I can live without.

2023 Acura Integra review
I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

Rides smooth, love and enjoy the ride and power. Sporty but with luxurious look and family in mind. My kids like it. The audio is awesome. I feel like I am at a concert with zero noise from outside. I feel very safe with all the technology. The car has to offer.

I can’t believe how clean the interior is. This is a special vehicle, one owner and very hard to find because it is the alpha version as I mentioned, of the smallest hummer H3. For those of you who care to know, the alpha means it has the coveted 5.3 L V8 . The interior, both sets of floor mats - wow! I’m just blown away. I’m a car enthusiast, I’m picky to say the least and these guys did such a great job, the joy I feel when something like this happens is very pleasant. You made my day, you made my weekend thank you for being , honest and earnest. Relationships are built on trust and trust is built and honesty. Scheduling a test drive that was convienient for me was an easy first step. I think worked with both Greg, a manager, and Derek, a salesperson when I got to the dealership. They were both friendly, relaxed and attentive. After deciding to move forward with my purchase, we hit an unexpected snag. The dealership had JUST gotten the car in stock and the title was supposed to be on its way, but the previous owner was having a hard time parting with it. Derek and his managers worked tirelessly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and kept me well-informed along the way; they rose above an unexpected situation to make this process as smooth and easy as possible. There was no pressure on me throughout this process, but there was a great deal of support and authentic kindness.This continued in my appt with the business manager, Mark, as well - making the usually very stressful process of financing a car purchase quite pleasant! On top of all that, I love my new car!
