Great Experience.. started with looking @ the inventory online and then drove off the lot with no games no hassle no long waits just to haggle. They even brought my vehicle from one location to the next to meet my needs. Came from out of state and was in and out just as I explained that what was what I needed. Great job team!!!! Will definitely be recommending to whom ever is wanting a great vehicle at a good price and after it feels satisfied with the service in which they provide
Nick Sypert was AMAZING to work with!! He was very accommodating and there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase a vehicle. I would absolutely recommend seeing him for your next vehicle! My only complaint was it took 2 hours to sign the papers. I think they’re a bit under staffed in the finance department (Nick should be promoted!), but we got an amazing deal with an overall great experience, so I’ll definitely be making any future purchases at AutoSource...as long as Nick is there to help us out! :)

Buying experience with Susie and Dominic was good. No pressure and worked with us on trade in. After sale is different in that very hard to get someone to answer phone or return calls. A second key fob and rear window wiper blade, which was missing, were promised but been a week and a half and still nothing has been sent. Called customer service which is in Utah. They said they would take care of it and get back to us. Nothing yet.
I just finished buying my third car from Broadway motors. Without a doubt this has been the best experience for buying cars I have ever had. I bought my first car at 20 years old and I’m now 65. I’ve got one more son that wants to replacehis current car. When that time comes I will have absolutely no hesitation to contact Jerry at Broadway motors. This was THE BEST car buying experience my family and I had ever had and I highly recommend them. My wife and I shopped around many places to buy my son a used car for his 16th birthday. Nothing compared to customer service, quality and price at Broadway Motors. Jerry and his team were outstanding from the very first phone call I placed to inquire about the car. No pushy sales, no added extras that we didn't need, and the entire process couldn't have been any smoother. To top off the buying experience Jerry helped us surprise my son for his birthday. We bought the car on a Tuesday and he offered to keep it on his show floor until Saturday so we could plan the surprise. Jerry encouraged us to invite all our family over and had my sons new car in the entrance of the showroom floor fully detailed with a big red bow on top for the surprise. We had our whole family there and it couldn't have worked out any better. My son was surprised and almost in tears and I promise it will be something he always will remember. We just purchased a Jeep Liberty Limited Jet and we love it! We were only able to find a few that we would consider buying and that is when we discovered 5280 Motor Company! I called to inquire on the Jeep late afternoon on a Friday and spoke with Rick the owner. I asked what their business hours were and realized that I could not get to Longmont in time. He offered to meet us there when we could make it and only asked that we give him a call when we were about half way there. We arrived nearly two hours after their normal closing time and test drove the Jeep. We loved the car and the whole buying process at 5280 Motor Company! They have an eye for cars! all of them looked immaculate! There was no pressure to buy, no haggling on the price, and no Dealer handling fees! The deal was written up before I could even get a copy of my insurance card faxed to the Dealership! It was the best experience we've had buying a car from a dealer and we highly recommend them! These guys are GREAT!!
Great experience buying a car over the Internet. My sales associate/Kasey Goodrich was amazing, patient and very helpful with the car purchase. Bought the car two days before Thanksgiving needing a windshield. Kasey went made sure it was installed before they closed for the holiday. He left the car outside, fully detailed with a full tank of gas, then offered to drop the key off at our house [20miles] so our daughter could get her car! Great customer experience, highly recommend working with Kasey.
I am on my 3rd lease and have dealt with Casey Goodrich each time. Even though the car I wanted was out of state, Kasey had me in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. The day my car arrived, I was on my in 30 minutes tops. Kasey is very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. I would highly recommend Kasey Goodrich if ever visiting the Frederick dealership.
