I was surprised when hesitated about car original cause and what part got repaired but Jacob was upfront with the details. Overall very good experience. Excellent customer service and friendly, courteous staff.
Great Experience.. started with looking @ the inventory online and then drove off the lot with no games no hassle no long waits just to haggle. They even brought my vehicle from one location to the next to meet my needs. Came from out of state and was in and out just as I explained that what was what I needed. Great job team!!!! Will definitely be recommending to whom ever is wanting a great vehicle at a good price and after it feels satisfied with the service in which they provide
Nick Sypert was AMAZING to work with!! He was very accommodating and there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase a vehicle. I would absolutely recommend seeing him for your next vehicle! My only complaint was it took 2 hours to sign the papers. I think they’re a bit under staffed in the finance department (Nick should be promoted!), but we got an amazing deal with an overall great experience, so I’ll definitely be making any future purchases at AutoSource...as long as Nick is there to help us out! :)

Buying experience with Susie and Dominic was good. No pressure and worked with us on trade in. After sale is different in that very hard to get someone to answer phone or return calls. A second key fob and rear window wiper blade, which was missing, were promised but been a week and a half and still nothing has been sent. Called customer service which is in Utah. They said they would take care of it and get back to us. Nothing yet.
These guys were so easy to work with. I bought an Elantra from them and it was easily the quickest and smoothest car buying I've ever had. I usually hate going thru the dealership process, but this was great. Highly recommend.

We purchased our THIRD car for our family from Peppe and Ari at Highline Motors. I wish I can rate them as a 10 star service, 5 star does not seem fair for the SUPERIOR service, SUPERIOR patience and SUPERIOR delivery on our 2014 Toyota Tundra ( we also purchased a Mercedes 300 class and a BMW from Highline Motors in the past 4 years). The service department with Reed as a manager is EXCELLENT as well. We were treated with UTMOST COURTESY, PROFESSIONALISM and INTEGRITY!!! Long story short; we'd just moved to the US from the UK so had no credit history here. My Uncle who lives in the US was able to co-sign so we were able to get a decent rate (nowhere near the 21% - AutoNation had quoted us!). Our salesman Casey was great - he seemed trustworthy and honest from the outset and was throughout the whole process - he set up the whole Co-Signing thing with no fuss, even though my Uncle was actually on holiday in Europe. All it took was a five minute phone call and he did the rest. Other dealers were saying it couldn't be done while he was out of the country, some were saying he'd have to do an online application which would take him 90 mins. These guys, by their own admission, are not one of the big names when it comes to dealers but one of the many advantages of this is that they can be that bit more flexible and don't have to 'sell cars via a script'. We got a fair price for the car, their finance guy was good - obviously has some established links with banks/lenders as was able to get us a rate we were very happy with. Casey was great - extremely professional, no hard sell, certainly new the car we were buying inside and out and he's been at the dealership for sometime which counts for a lot, All in all, I'd definitely buy a car from Honda of Greeley again and it was nice to not have the usual nightmare dealer experience.
I came here looking for a car I saw online, Mike found it fast, took it for a ride. The car had an unsual sound but the guys did a great job taking care of it a few days later. Buying the car was fast and easy. Everybody was very helpful and honest. The car is 2011 but is in amazing condition.
I just finished buying my third car from Broadway motors. Without a doubt this has been the best experience for buying cars I have ever had. I bought my first car at 20 years old and I’m now 65. This was THE BEST car buying experience my family and I had ever had and I highly recommend them. My wife and I shopped around many places to buy my son a used car for his 16th birthday. Nothing compared to customer service, quality and price at Broadway Motors. Jerry and his team were outstanding from the very first phone call I placed to inquire about the car. No pushy sales, no added extras that we didn't need, and the entire process couldn't have been any smoother. To top off the buying experience Jerry helped us surprise my son for his birthday. We bought the car on a Tuesday and he offered to keep it on his show floor until Saturday so we could plan the surprise. Jerry encouraged us to invite all our family over and had my sons new car in the entrance of the showroom floor fully detailed with a big red bow on top for the surprise. We had our whole family there and it couldn't have worked out any better. My son was surprised and almost in tears and I promise it will be something he always will remember. The people at Broadway Motors care about more than the just the sale and it shows! Thank you!

Great experience buying a car over the Internet. My sales associate/Kasey Goodrich was amazing, patient and very helpful with the car purchase. Bought the car two days before Thanksgiving needing a windshield. Kasey went made sure it was installed before they closed for the holiday. He left the car outside, fully detailed with a full tank of gas, then offered to drop the key off at our house [20miles] so our daughter could get her car! Great customer experience, highly recommend working with Kasey.
I am on my 3rd lease and have dealt with Casey Goodrich each time. Even though the car I wanted was out of state, Kasey had me in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. The day my car arrived, I was on my in 30 minutes tops. Kasey is very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. I would highly recommend Kasey Goodrich if ever visiting the Frederick dealership.
I got an oil change for a reasonable price. When I asked how much to replace a burned out front turn signal bulb, I was appalled at the $70 price I was quoted!
