Sutherlin Subaru review
They met me at the door and greeted me by name. After inquiring why I was there, they told me that they would be finished in about 45 minutes. I barely got settled when they came and told me that they had completed the work. The wipers were torn and they were replaced under warranty. Great service and great care. I am very happy with these people.

Enjoyed working with Alexander. He was helpful and didn’t push us to make a quick decision. He was upfront on history of car and what services they had performed. I got a beautiful car and have been enjoying it with no problems.

The problem with the tlx is its vary noisy, I put better tires on it and that solved the problem, for that kind of money should not have that issue

They got the job done. Very courteous. A few bumps. They promised free shipping but then charged me. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars
2023 Acura TLX review
TLX platform is absolutely excellent. The car has fantastic road feel thanks to double wishbone suspension and redesigned chassis. The DCT transmission feels precision and having 10 gears puts you in the perfect torque range almost always. The engine is a Honda K engine that can handle 1k hp. I have fwd which is absolutely perfect, simple car. The SH-AWD system is truly best of its kind. The fact that this almost perfect platform was discontinued is a sad commentary on the state of cars.

Metro Motors LLCReviews
Metro Motors LLC review
Metro Motors sold me over 9 cars in the last 8 years, never had to argue price or worry about the conditions of the car, their cars are very clean and reasonably priced, they helped me with financing through credit unions at excellent rates, compared to other dealers in Knoxville, I highly recommend Metro motors for their honesty and great selection of European cars.
2015 Acura TLX review
I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

Very Friendly salesman, low pressure from the Salesman, nice selection of vehicles to choose from. Reasonable price on the vehicles too.
2013 Acura TL review
I bought my 2013 ACURA TL Special Edition new with 25 miles (I test drove it with 5 miles). I have taken care of that baby since day one. It's been garaged; well-maintained (oil changes; tires replaced; battery replaced). Just turned 77,000 miles today! I am selling mine only because I need an SUV. I wish I could keep it as my second car.

INFINITI of ChattanoogaReviews
INFINITI of Chattanooga review
Steve Sharp sold me a 2023 Infiniti Q50 in April, 2025. I became unhappy with the run-flat tires and the uncomfortable ride. I spoke with Steve OFTEN as he proceeded to search for a used vehicle with air-filled tires that I would be able to trade for at the dealership. After NUMEROUS attempts to locate a vehicle, Steve's persistent efforts found a 2024 Nissan Murano Platinum that satisfied my every "concern". Steve is an honest, pressure free, patient sales associate who goes above and beyond to please customers. Kevin helped to negotiate a deal with the trade details. He wanted to make sure I was "HAPPY". Robert processed the financial paperwork in a no rush manner. Steve, Kevin, and Robert made my decision easier and more comfortable. I left the dealership excited to drive the Murano. I highly recommend these professional associates for a stress free, relaxed deal.
