Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I went from being hesitant about buying a car sight unseen to being completely confident in my decision. Linda facetimed me showing me the vehicle being completely transparent and answering any questions I had. Moe and Aly helped me get to the numbers I needed to be. Sean and Mike made sure the delivery was smooth and updated me throughout. Thank you all for helping me get my dream car! If you’re worried about buying a car online, don’t be—this service exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommend! Will be back

2020 Acura TLX review
Its easier to point out what I dont like. I spent the first day shutting off all the stinking horn beeps and light flashing when I walk up to it or away from it. The garage door opener button was so tiny and there are 3 , I had to put a orange mark on it, my other Honda I can push on the fuel door and it opens . I do not have to search for the release. When opening the trunk, the camera lense is in the center so I push on that all the time vs the correct button. I like to stop a car and listen to the end of the song on the radio or end of the conversation, with this car , I have to leave it running, the is no ACC from running. I miss a mechanical lever for the parking brake, I will never use this push button electric parking brake gizmo. Voice commands for directions was a flop, Tried it once, siad "airport" 20+ times. I just tell my $50 droid where I want to go and it works first time every time. What I like. nice rubber protection mats, storage below the trunk, personal pace cruise control, handsome leather interior, automatic braking.

Crossroads Car and Truck review
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership nearly ten years ago and again in early May 2026. Both experiences were excellent. The team is easy to work with, professional, and maintains a relaxed, customer-friendly approach. They are also committed to making things right if any discrepancies arise. They offer a great selection of high-quality, high-end vehicles. Thank you, Crossroads Car and Truck, for another positive experience.
2014 Acura RLX review
I bought a 2014 RLX Acura is comfortable the back seat is sooo roomy. The Italian leathers seats are very soft best leather I’ve seen in a car. Rides soo smooth but it’s all about the tires. I took out extra warranty when I bought car. There is a recall on rear actuators I had mines replace. I will stay in the Acura family. I’m so sorry they stop making RLX in 2021 what a luxury car. The best Acura ever made and haven’t made another luxury car since.

Jackson AcuraReviews
Jackson Acura review
My dad and I traveled from Augusta to Roswell, GA, to look at a 2024 Acura MDX A-Spec with the intention of purchasing it if everything checked out. After having a disappointing experience at an Acura dealership in Columbia, SC, we decided to use the CarEdge AI service to help us navigate the negotiation process, and we were able to negotiate a great deal. When we arrived at Jackson Acura, we had the opportunity to work directly with the Sales Manager, Dmitry. He was professional, straightforward, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel so much easier and more comfortable than our previous experience. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would absolutely give Dmitry and Jackson Acura a 5-star rating! If you’re in the market for an Acura and want to work with someone who knows their business, communicates honestly, and is willing to work with you, I highly recommend checking out Jackson Acura. After our experience in Columbia, SC, the difference in customer service was definitely noticeable!

They got the job done. Very courteous. A few bumps. They promised free shipping but then charged me. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars
2023 Acura TLX review
I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

2023 Acura TLX review
TLX platform is absolutely excellent. The car has fantastic road feel thanks to double wishbone suspension and redesigned chassis. The DCT transmission feels precision and having 10 gears puts you in the perfect torque range almost always. The engine is a Honda K engine that can handle 1k hp. I have fwd which is absolutely perfect, simple car. The SH-AWD system is truly best of its kind. The fact that this almost perfect platform was discontinued is a sad commentary on the state of cars.

2015 Acura TLX review
I have a 2015 TLX Tech Pkg with the 2.4L 4 cylinder engine. Has been a pretty good car, bought it used with 51,000 miles and have put about 11,000 on it so far. Only had to do 2 oil changes at my local Acura dealership plus fluid changes as well as recommended in the manual. So far love the car and the 2 screen setup is pretty nice. Everyone always compliments the interior!

I bought my car in 2016 with 40k miles on it. I've owned it for 9 years and it now has 183k miles on it! The engine still purs like a kitten after all these years. It's a very reliable car with plenty of power and awesome performance, especially around the corners! It's a really fun car to drive and I look forward to adding plenty more enjoyable miles to it! Worth every penny!!

I bought it because I wanted more luxury than a Honda but I wanted the Honda reliability. I wanted a used car so I bought this a few months ago and I love it. I got the V6 and it has plenty of power, handles great and it's a super nice ride. I am not good with technology but I get why they did two screens and I like it. I have no complaints about this car. I'm very happy with it.

German M. I have found myself purchasing more used cars than I wish I had to. Visited MULTIPLE dealers saw a bunch of cars. I most say that in all fairness this was an absolutely positive experience with personal experience the car I did end up liking and buying. I would definitely consider them first if need be to get another car in the future.
2015 Acura TLX review
I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

I didn’t have an opportunity to purchase the vehicle but I appreciate the attentiveness of the sales team
2020 Acura TLX review
I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO
