I can honestly say that our experience could not have been any better. This is the 3rd car that we have gone through Mike Moursy,and he is excellent at his job.He is knowledgeable, personable , informative, and honest. Most comfortable car I've ever owned. Very smooth and quiet ride. Great car for taking long trips. Excellent sound system. The 3.5 liter engine is a tried and true highly reliable, efficient engine.

We were very happy with this purchase. The car was stylish and very well appointed. We has a 2002 RL which we purchased new and never had a major problem with it. I'm confident this 2015 Acura Tech will give us the same result.

I had a 11:30 appointment with Caroline . When I got there she was very professional and had the car ready that I wanted to see. We took it out for a test drive. When we got back we started to talk peice . She was very helpful with working out a price with the manager I got the deal I wanted and they delivered the car to me the nexted day

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

I leased this car on Dec. 26, 2020. I bought it from the Dealer two weeks ago and now it's mine. I love the car the only problem I have had with this car is the battery, 2 of them and the car was still under warranty and didn't cost me anything.

Great car for the money. Lots of power. Fun to drive. Do nothing but oil change. Very dependable. I own it for five years. Never have any problems. Still drive like new even after these years.

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO

Came in with bad credit and initially wasn’t hopeful on even leaving with a car but ended up getting a good rate and there was Transparency from the whole team,Didn’t get the names of everyone but got assistance from Hakeem Blake and he was honest and truthful through the whole process and got us a good deal. Would recommend this dealership for sure they were professional and well knowledgeable on the process.

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

Equip with a beautiful duel clutch transmission, this car feels amazing to drive, up until about 40, where the early gears start to lag, but as suggested sport mode or down shifting solves this. Coming from a Honda civic 2017, I can say this car although slightly dated in the inside, feels loads more powerful and comfortable. With seats that hug your body, giving you one of the most comfortable seats out of any car period. The ride itself is great too, although a tad stiff, which in it's self gives it good handling and corning in return. The only big con is the interior is a little dated compared to newer cars, so not a whole lot of smart phone integration besides aux, usb, or Bluetooth, although this means less issues with electrical issues like my old Honda had. Overall I couldn't recommend this car enough, as when buying used it is far cheaper and better than comparative civic models like the ext or si.

Yesterday evening right at the close of business I managed to wreck my tire. I managed to limp to Towne Hyundai, so at least I was off the road and safe. Terry at the desk was incredibly helpful and was able to get someone to stay a little later to replace the tire for me. Luckily they had one in stock. When the service was finished Terry walked me out to my car in the dark, a big plus because i was stiff from sitting. I've been buying cars from here for over 30 years, and this will keep me coming back. Thanks to them i am back at work this morning with a safe car!

This is my 4th TL/TLX. Least favorite of them. The engine has been great, plenty of power when needed. I do not like the sight lines, no matter how I adjust the mirrors, always blind spots. Wish I'd gotten version with blind spot monitor. There should be more accessory inputs. One USB input is not enough. Overall a good car to drive, but, could've been better.

Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

Recently bought 2020 X5 M50i from TSF auto sales, drove all the way down from MA to NY. Excellent customer service, stayed after hours to complete sale with me and avoid me driving all the way home and back. Arranged shipping back of my old car as a courtesy service. I love all of the Acura cars I have owned. I owned 2007 TSX for 9 years. Then I leased a 2016 TLX for 3 years and was so pleased. Now I'm on another 3 year lease for the 2019. I thought about trading it in for a BMW i300 or Audi A4. I went for a test drive of those 2 cars and realized how much I would miss my Acura if I traded it in a year early. So I've decided why give it up? The KEY things that make this car great. 1) It is extremely quiet inside. Insanely mausoleum quiet! There is very little road noise, wind, or traffic sounds. 2) the seats are amazingly comfortable, especially on long rides. I highly advise paying a little extra for the leather not the pleather. The fake leather had a terrible off gassing smell. The leather is soft and supple. The gray color is beautiful 3) the car rides very smoothly and is easy to handle on the road 4) I love the newer design (especially the front). It is a classy looking car. The only drawback is the odd 2 screen technology system but it wasn't enough to turn me off from getting one. The other positives far outweight the awkward technology. I was surprised to see the 2019 had lower ratings than the 2018 and 2020 because it's a wonderful car. One other to add: the Acuras I have owned are extremely reliable. They NEVER break down.

This car is perfect for me. I wanted a quiet, comfortable ride with good gas mileage for commuting. That is exactly what I got. The seat is supportive and comfortable, I got 38 mpg on the highway, and the stereo is amazing.

2 Manny’s Auto Sales was the very best experience I ever have had with a car dealer, new or used. I bought a Chrysler 300C. It was immaculate when it was ready. It runs flawlessly. Absolutely everything works as intended. It had new tires and brakes as well as one part that tends to be a problem replaced – a $1000 repair. Done. Both of my personal mechanics looked it over and put it up on the rack. They went through it thoroughly and said it was the best used car they ever had seen. The staff is incredibly polite and patient. They are true professionals. If they can find me the same car as I just bought, I might very well trade in one of my current cars. I bought a Acura TLX A Spec and I absolutely love it. The red color is vey beautiful and the design of the car is very eye catching. The performance and styling is 1st class and it walks the walk.

I bought it because I wanted more luxury than a Honda but I wanted the Honda reliability. I wanted a used car so I bought this a few months ago and I love it. I got the V6 and it has plenty of power, handles great and it's a super nice ride. I am not good with technology but I get why they did two screens and I like it. I have no complaints about this car. I'm very happy with it.
