I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon in service at Herb Chambers Jaguar, and I can't recommend him highly enough! After purchasing a vehicle through online, I found myself in a bit of a predicament when an issue arose with my car. The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for a dealership that knows the ins and outs of their business and has a great team, look no further than Herb Chambers Jaguar. 2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio review
SuperTourer - love my 2019 Stelvio Lusso more each day. Owned it 3 years - bought with 28000 miles now at 84000! No squeaks, no rattles, no mechanical issues - drives and feels rock solid, strong, nimble, and eager to roll. The Lusso is very comfortable with posh leather seats. Does anyone else think Alfas are way underrated!?

I just purchased the new Tonale Veloce SUV. I traded in my Giulia and thought I would miss it, but I love this new Alfa. The red paint is gorgeous. The interior is so comfortable and has high tech controls. All the assisted driving safety features are configurable to your liking. This is a fun, sporty SUV to drive. It's super spunky on electric or gas.

2022 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
We just purchased a 2022 Veloce. Gray with red interior. Love the car. Fast and sexy, unique. I get asked what is it? We haven't had long, but so far no issues. Seats are very supportive and comfortable. Only negative is the back up camera, screen small and dim. We get 33 MPG on trips but about 22 MPG with daily driving around town.

2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
Great combination of style, performance, and luxury. Wanted 2018 or later for CarPlay, got a White AWD Ti Sport loaded with Ti Sport Performance package (Limited slip diff & Active Suspension) same as what's in the Quadrifoglio. If buying used look for that package, they don't offer it anymore in 2021 or 2022 and only on highest 2.0 trim "Estrema" in 2023 which starts at $57,500!

My girlfriend recently came here from Brazil. She needed a very dependable car. At other places, language barrier and trying to finance was an issue. Not at AutoMax! Pablo (and team) were awesome. They have people that speak fluent Portuguese (and of course English), so it was very easy to communicate, and for her to tell them what she wanted. They have an awesome selection of cars, and while she was in Marlborough, she actually found one at their Attleboro business. Pablo personally drove her down there, and they were already waiting for her to show up when she arrived. She drove the car, loved it, and without even asking, told her what specific things there were going to take care of (brakes, tires, a couple scratches). They did a great job financing, and showed her specifically what the terms were, and what she'd be paying. She picked up the car at the Marlborogh location, all registered, insurance taken care of, and cleaned up and ready! I can't thank Pablo and AutoMax enough for taking care of her!
2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
I bought my Alpha Romeo Giulia about 2 weeks ago. I have never sat in or driven one before. I went for a test drive and fell in love. I have owned many fast cars, BMW M4, X7 with twin turbo 8s, Audi's etc. This car takes me back to the old school BMW for the pure driver minus all the extra you pay for the fancy interior LED and tech screens. I needed a good commuter car with good mileage as my SUV gives me 15mpg combined. The Alpha is a great commuter but so much more! It gives 33mph pure highway, I get 27 combined. It's a fast and powerful turbo 4. But the car is light with a carbon fiber drivetrain, it is light and nimble and so much fun to drive. The styling and wheel package on the Veloce trim is stunning. I get many looks and compliments and many wonder what it is. It's a beautiful look with great driving dynamics, and ride is firm but comfortable. It is not as hard as a BMW where you feel every pebble on the road, but tight to the ground with low center of gravity. My other friend loved it so much when we took it for a drive and traded in his 2016 BMW 5 series with the M package. He traded in his twin turbo 8 for the the Giulia and loves the drive. Reminds me of my first BMW in 2009, pure joy. I highly recommend it, especially for the price. Alpha Romeo is not that well known and cannot demand the prices of BMW and Mercedes. I would lease as most European cars lose resale value. Positives are the sporty look and drive quality, sexy wheels and amazing engine and efficiency. Paddle shifters, cargo room in trunk and useable back seat. Negatives are they are a bit behind in tech in terms of Android Auto and Apple car play. It is wired, not wireless, but you can buy a carline device on amazon for 80 bucks to fix that issue. Otherwise, great.

2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia review

2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio review
I drive fast cars all the time and this car blew me away. I love this as my everyday car I got it fully loaded every option. I literally slam on the gas a LOT AND THE CAR CAN TAKE IT ! So far so good on reliability and my red interior and red stitching makes this car feel so premium. People always stare and try to guess what is it.

2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
This has been the most fun to drive car I have owned. It has great performance, great mileage and excellent reliability. I purchased a base model in 2017 when it was first "re-intrduced to USA" and kept it almost four years with no issues. I upgraded to a fully optioned Lusso version and have never regretted it. Alfa knows how to make a fun, efficient and "now" a realiable car.

Bought a 2006 Toyota Camry V6 from Elias, New Years day 2020. Car was overall in good shape. Had some dings that did not appear in the pictures. I had them pulled from a paint less dent remover for about $200. It needed 2 new tires in the rear, $50 each An Oxygen sensor failed. I had it fixed myself for $150. I couldn't make it back to him to fix it for free. Missing a few trim odds and ends that I got from online. He did put in a new battery and did the rear brakes prior to finalizing the sale. Used cars are rarely perfect. Luckily I have a lot of experience with cars so I have a higher tolerance . Overall I was happy with the experience. I'd buy from them again

2024 Alfa Romeo Tonale review
My Tonale is terrific! It’s a little smaller than my previous Honda CRV but perfect for two people in front and my dog in back. It’s a little tight for four adults so we take my wife’s if we have a foursome. I bought it in July and it’s used three or four tanks of gas total. Driving around town I use the all electric setting. It’s so pretty I get lots of looks!
