After purchasing a vehicle through online, I found myself in a bit of a predicament when an issue arose with my car. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio review
Very few road worthy driver's cars especially SUVs available in this price category. Alfa has done a wonderful job for the few who desire a driver's car. The acceleration, feel, cornering and handling are superb as is the steering feel and sound. A Ferrari like experience for those of us on a budget. Love it! Yes it could be lot more luxurious but then go buy a Lexus. I hope Alfa stays this way and financial and sales pressures do not force Alfa to 'soften' the ride and ruin a masterpiece driving experience like some manufacturers have done.

The car itself was in fantastic condition and was reasonably priced, so you’re not going to pay too much for what you’re looking at. Lastly, when picking up the car and completing all the paperwork, it’s a straightforward process with no hidden or surprise fees, very simple. Overall, I’d highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in used European cars as they’re just a fantastic dealer to work with.

Bought a 2006 Toyota Camry V6 from Elias, New Years day 2020. Car was overall in good shape. Had some dings that did not appear in the pictures. I had them pulled from a paint less dent remover for about $200. It needed 2 new tires in the rear, $50 each An Oxygen sensor failed. I had it fixed myself for $150. I couldn't make it back to him to fix it for free. Missing a few trim odds and ends that I got from online. He did put in a new battery and did the rear brakes prior to finalizing the sale. Used cars are rarely perfect. Luckily I have a lot of experience with cars so I have a higher tolerance . Overall I was happy with the experience. I'd buy from them again

2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
This has been the most fun to drive car I have owned. It has great performance, great mileage and excellent reliability. I purchased a base model in 2017 when it was first "re-intrduced to USA" and kept it almost four years with no issues. I upgraded to a fully optioned Lusso version and have never regretted it. Alfa knows how to make a fun, efficient and "now" a realiable car.

2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
Great combination of style, performance, and luxury. Wanted 2018 or later for CarPlay, got a White AWD Ti Sport loaded with Ti Sport Performance package (Limited slip diff & Active Suspension) same as what's in the Quadrifoglio. If buying used look for that package, they don't offer it anymore in 2021 or 2022 and only on highest 2.0 trim "Estrema" in 2023 which starts at $57,500!

2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
It's been just over 1 month since I purchased my '21 Giulia, so I have no answer for items like long term reliability, so I rated it a 5 since it hasn't broken yet (hah!). Anyway, I will start off with the negative items that I can come up with: Any review you read, or video you watch will always talk about how bad Alfa Romeo's were back in the 1970's and 1980's. So was just about every other brand on the market back then. Today's car is so much different, that you need to IGNORE those parts of the videos and reviews that you consume. The 2021 Giulia is also much better then the 2016 Giulia when it first hit the market, and having several years to work out the bugs that were experienced in early reviews. Now that I've told you about the reliability issues and negative impressions from reviews, let me tell you about the things that I don't like about my Giulia: I have big, size 12 feet, along with long legs, and the front foot space in the car either in the drivers seat or the passenger footwell are not as comfortable for me as I would prefer. Sometimes, my right leg is full on uncomfortable when I have the cruise control set, and have a hard time finding someplace to put my leg for a while. You may never experience this, but I highly recommend you test for this if you are a long legged person with big feet. The base radio sounds great, but it doesn't come with either HD Radio, or a CD player. Now, a whole bunch of you are going to say "Who cares about CD players in 2021?" The answer is my wife and I do. We have hundreds of CD's that we have collected since we are teenagers, and they work perfectly fine, and I don't see any reason to have to abandon something that works perfectly fine. We bought a portable cd player to plug into the aux port in the center console. The one item I dislike the most about the Giulia is the headlights, and this is a completely persona thing. Please, test drive the car and night, and make sure the lights meet your needs for the areas you drive in. My problem with the headlights is that the standard lights are not adaptive, and only 25 Watts. You have to go up a trim level, and then pay extra to get the 35 Watt performance headlight option. The other item I dislike about the headlights is that the headlights flip up a shutter when you activate the high beams, instead of switching to a higher wattage bulb. You have the exact same amount of light in front of you, but now you can see the tree line above you, not actually any further down the road in front of you, which is what you actually want to happen when you turn on the highbeams. If you are trying to blind the sniper on the rooftop at the end of the street, thin these headlights will be perfect for your needs. I wish the back seat entry was bigger. Either the door opening a bit larger, or that the door itself moved more out of the way. That's it for the negative stuff. That's all I have, seriously. The good stuff: This car is just an absolute joy to drive. The steering and handling is fantastic. You can pitch it into corners and feel the car transfer weight, and pitch over onto the sidewalls, dig in, and slice through the corners, chicanes, s-curves, hairpins, decreasing radius off ramps, and whatever else you can throw it into with sublime control. It makes you want to look for the curviest route just to go pick up groceries. I have 2 traffic circles in my neighborhood, and 1 more on the way to the grocery store, and I always take delight in them when there's no traffic in front of me to ruin the fun. The engine is amazingly powerful. The transmission is fantastic. You have 3 power modes to play with that change the personality of the power output and shift logic. Advanced mode decreases maximum torque output to 200 lbs-ft, and decreases the maximum boost that the engine gets fed, along with increasing the AWD functionality if the road conditions are slippery. Normal mode gives you access to 285 lbs-ft of torque, and gives you nice smooth shifts, and lets you play with all the hp the engine makes, whenever you want. Dynamic mode engages the overboost feature, makes more hp, and will produce all 306 lbs-ft of torque, all while snapping through the shifts much, much quicker. It also holds onto gears longer, and lets you fully play with the car, as you start driving like a complete loon. I have run out of words in this review so here's my final advice: Do a brake stand to 2k rpms, and launch it. Thank me afterwards.

2024 Alfa Romeo Tonale review
I just purchased the new Tonale Veloce SUV. I traded in my Giulia and thought I would miss it, but I love this new Alfa. The red paint is gorgeous. The interior is so comfortable and has high tech controls. All the assisted driving safety features are configurable to your liking. This is a fun, sporty SUV to drive. It's super spunky on electric or gas.

2024 Alfa Romeo Tonale review
My Tonale is terrific! It’s a little smaller than my previous Honda CRV but perfect for two people in front and my dog in back. It’s a little tight for four adults so we take my wife’s if we have a foursome. I bought it in July and it’s used three or four tanks of gas total. Driving around town I use the all electric setting. It’s so pretty I get lots of looks!

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used Porsche, and the entire experience has exceeded every expectation I had. But the dealership went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. Timothy Klingenberger specifically was a DREAM to work with and someone I now call a true friend. He had my best interest in mind from start to finish. I can’t usually say that about any car dealership. Tim provided detailed photos and videos of the car, ensuring I could make an informed decision from a distance. The condition of the Porsche was exactly as described, and when it arrived, it was even better than expected—immaculate, with every feature working flawlessly. It was clear that the car had been meticulously cared for, and the quality of the vehicle far surpassed anything I’ve ever experienced in a used car. Not to mention and without my asking Tim included a second key fob at no additional ask or charge to ensure I had two as it would have come with when purchased new. The delivery process itself was smooth and efficient. The car arrived on time, in pristine condition, and with a full inspection report included. It was evident that the team cared about customer satisfaction and that they were willing to put in the extra effort to ensure I was thrilled with my purchase. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and customer care Tim gave me from start to finish. I’ve owned several high-end cars, but this was by far the most seamless and satisfying purchase I’ve ever made and I can be picky. 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio review
Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!

2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio review
Best car I've ever owned! I've driven multiple luxury vehicles, and nothing handles better than my Stelvio. It's zippy, yet smooth. The A/C is the best I've ever experienced in a vehicle, the CarPlay is never finicky, and it is always such a relaxing drive (even in Houston traffic). I test drove a couple before I purchased, and I've never seen a model that was so consistent across all of their vehicles. I have had no major issues with this car, and it is severely underrated!

2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
My wife had a CLA Mercedes AWD . It was totaled and I was looking for features and value. We found it in an Alpa Romeo Gulia. The car checked all the boxes for us and was the lowest price. As long as people are skeptical of Alpha Romeo’s , I’m a buyer. The car is perfect for our needs. Cars are not a good investment, so if you want a deal go for a Alpha Romeo Gulia.

2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio review
I drive fast cars all the time and this car blew me away. I love this as my everyday car I got it fully loaded every option. I literally slam on the gas a LOT AND THE CAR CAN TAKE IT ! 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
Everything is great EXCEPT the wind noise. I’ve had a busted driver door seal replaced, no change. Had the door adjusted and Alfa techs said it was normal, again no change to me. So I guess if you can live with the door sounding like it’s slightly open all the time.

2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio review
SuperTourer - love my 2019 Stelvio Lusso more each day. Owned it 3 years - bought with 28000 miles now at 84000! No squeaks, no rattles, no mechanical issues - drives and feels rock solid, strong, nimble, and eager to roll. The Lusso is very comfortable with posh leather seats. Does anyone else think Alfas are way underrated!?
