If you are considering, in the process of purchasing, or have purchase any vehicle, please visit Don Jackson dealership. You will not be disappointed. As a recent customer who visited this dealership today, I can honestly say that I walked into this dealership with a bleeding and broken heart by another Jeep dealership's unethical business practices located in Chamblee, GA. I walked away with a restore hope that there are still truly good people left in this world. Mr. Danny Jackson corrected the unethical financial dealings of this Jeep's dealership without any question. It was not his responsibility. I drove from McDonough, GA to Cummings, GA. It was worth the drive. I am so pleased as a customer. I plan to make the approximate 1 hour to 1 hour and half future trips just have my jeep service by this dealership and purchase any Jeep accessories from them. Before you purchased from any other dealership, "please" take the drive to Don Jackson Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership at 5855 GA -400, Cummings, GA 30028. You will not be disappointed. Their phone # is 470-533-5400. It is a beautiful drive to the dealership with plenty of gas stations, eateries, and stores to shop along the way. The dealership is "very" clean and "well" organized. If I could give an infinite # of stars such as every star that fill the night sky I would. The highest rating that I can give is 5 stars. Don Jackson Crysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram is deserving of this a 5-star rating. If you go anywhere before or without visiting this dealership, you are cheating yourselves out of a 5-star experience.

We have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! We were traveling in Tennessee and our Ford truck wasn't pulling our camper through the mountains like we hoped. We had been looking for a larger diesel, but the prices were crazy! We saw an ad on Don Jackson's site and went to test drive a used truck. It had huge tires and was a bit more of a 'work' truck than we wanted. Our salesman, Horatio Vazquez, showed us a few other new trucks and we ended up leaving that night with one of them. We got to the dealership at 7pm (after a 2 1/2 hour drive from TN) and they did all the paperwork, detailed (and filled the fuel tank) and we were out the door with our new ride at 10pm. We thought for sure we would have to go back, but they got us taken care of right then. They are awesome! We love our new truck (2 days later and we have 570 miles on it already!) They have followed up to make sure we are happy and the truck is running well for us. Price can't be beat either!
