Purchased my car for a great price, was told no issues and ran great. Had it checked out by another party and was told i made a great choice in car and dealer! 10/10 would recommend Ray and buy from him again. He is honest, knowledgeable and friendly, he made the whole process easy and had me feeling comfortable. As someone who has bought multiple used cars and been burned - read the reviews they matter!

Better than average experience buying a used car! These guys actually delivered on their promises. After the purchase I had several issues with the car, I contacted them and without an xx they asked me to take it for an evaluation and repair, all at their expense. I understand that buying a used car can be an iffy thing, not so I this case. Count me in the (satisfied customer) column!

Metro Motors LLCReviews
Metro Motors LLC review
Metro Motors sold me over 9 cars in the last 8 years, never had to argue price or worry about the conditions of the car, their cars are very clean and reasonably priced, they helped me with financing through credit unions at excellent rates, compared to other dealers in Knoxville, I highly recommend Metro motors for their honesty and great selection of European cars.

Ratchet Motorsports LLCReviews
Ratchet Motorsports LLC review
I had the best customer service and experience dealing with Mike. I live outside FL so I asked a friend who lives there to go see a car and test drive it for me. Everything Mike told me on the phone about the car was accurate. He is a super nice and honest guy, no beating around the bush, no non-sense. My friend spent about an hour checking out the car and test driving it and Mike was there answering all my questions (I was on video chat with my friend the whole time). He then held the car for me for 2 weeks until I was able to go there and pick it up. I flew in on a Saturday and my flight was delayed by a few hours, so I didn't make it on time. However, Mike waited for me even though the shop was already closed and let me pick up the car that day. He already had all the paperwork ready to go, I just signed and paid for the car and was on my way. Since he was so nice and went out of his way to help me, I wanted to buy him a beer as a thank you. But instead he invited me to his house for a beer. Just an unbelievably nice guy, I wish all car dealers were half as awesome as Mike. It has now been a month since I've had my 328 XIT BMW and I am super happy with it. It runs smoothly and it has definitely been a great purchase. Thank you, Mike!

In terms of options and luxury, the Germans thought of EVERYTHING! I can't say enough great things about the vehicle. From the handling to the control to the many options that makes the driving experience supreme, this vehicle is testament that Audi has etched their names into the trophy as one of the finest car manufacturers in the auto industry.

Great little dealership. Bought a salvage car from them and it has had no issues. Been a few years now and all I have had to do is the regular maintenance. If you are interested in a car, I'd recommend going out there and checking them out. The price was right and the cars I checked out were good.

I worked with Joe and Matt, buying a car with a limited income in a hurry due to my old one being destroyed when someone ran a stoplight. They couldnt have been more helpful and friendly, made me comfortable and I got a great deal, they handled the necessary repairs and services and almost two years later she still runs like a dream. I will definitely be making them my first stop for any other vehicle purchases. The atmosphere here is great.
