I drove Mustangs for many years, and was reluctant to switch over to the Audi, but I have never regretted it. The car is comfortable, quiet, and elegant. I am happy whenever I drive it. And the upkeep has been surprisingly reasonable. It is a wonderful car and I plan to buy Audi convertibles from now on.

September 2020, I have purchased a 2014 Mercedes GL 550, from Vinney (salesman) at that time all the transaction was conducted by phone due to the coronavirus. I was unable to travel from NJ to MI for a test drive and inspect the vehicle itself. Therefore, I relied on my sales representative "VINNEY" to put himself in my place, not as a salesperson but by removing himself as a salesman and buying this vehicle for his daughter lives long-distance during this world changing events. Well, He did just as asked of him. I will describe “Vinney” being the most tolerant, I mean a patient person I have ever talked to over the phone, mostly texting. He “valuta” the vehicle for me, he answered every question I texted him. He keeps up with the technology of doing business over text messages. Buying my beautiful car was simple, easy, and cleaned cut. In my opinion “VINNY” stands for Verisimilitude, Incredible, Negotiable, Nice, Enlightened, and Yes, the vehicle is a really beautiful vehicle like he said. I am grateful.❤

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?
