Excellent customer service and great deals! Purchased a BMW 340 from Lake Motor - it was THE BEST deal I could find around Chicago area by over $2000! I dont think the dealer realized how low they priced it. Thank you Paul&Zoe for taking care of my sale!

Friendly low pressure dealership. Will and Louis are both very friendly and accommodating. Went in to look at a 2013 Acura RDX and ended up driving it home! Price point was lower than any other dealer I had visited or seen online and they were very upfront about the vehicle history and maintenance.

This car is amazing. Two of my family members are audi fans so I decided to buy one for myself. Certified pre-owned is definitely the way to go. The interior and exterior are absolutely gorgeous and the ride and comfort is excellent.

Beck's Auto Group review
It has been a pleasant surprise working with this dealership and I believe Max has made our experience A+ . Max has helped us find our vehicles (we’ve bought several) effortlessly and smooth. He makes sure that we are 100% satisfied. We appreciate this type of service especially with buying cars. Basically “knock on wood” our car buying experience was a pleasure from looking to driving the vehicles home. I consider this a five star experience!

This is a fun, responsive, reliable, well built car to drive. At over 75K miles now, and I really cannot even consider trading it in because I don't think I will enjoy a better ride.

Great dealership, pleasant and accommodating. It’s so incredibly refreshing to see a car online with a price listed and actually get to the dealership and thats the price you pay. No ridiculous dealer fees added on at all. Theyve got a great seletion of quality cars for different budgets.
2016 Audi A6 review
Initially had problems with the front brake rotors. Audi replace them twice, but did not replace the pads. Turned out the pads should have been replaced with the rotors because the pads just transferred material onto the new rotors causing the braking shimmy to return. I paid for new pads on the second rotor replacement - problem solved. Audi could have saved money (and saved me money) by just replacing the pads and rotors the first time. After this, the car was great. Very comfortable, and quick. Gas mileage was very good - about 19 MPG in town and over 30 MPG highway with the 6 -Cyl. due to cylinder cutout when crusing.

We had a great experience working with Chance Fisher at Koons Toyota! Chance was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of our time throughout the car-buying process. He had a great personality, made the experience easy and enjoyable, and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend seeking out Chance if you're in the market for a new car. You won't be disappointed.
2016 Audi A6 review
Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!
