Such a gorgeous vehicle, inside and out. Haven’t had a single issue with it for over a year of having it used. Inside of the vehicle is super roomy, and driving feels very comfortable, and really we’ll insulated!

On april 22 2022 I went to jenkins nissian of Leesburg and traded my 2020 nissian sentra in for a 2022 nissian kicks and and it was financed with nissian motors acceptance Corp after 2 weeks I refinance it with vyatar credit union and I found out that nissian motors acceptance Corp opened 2 accounts in my name so when I canceled the gap and extended warranty on the first loan that I refinance with vystar that refund when to the second loan that nissian motors Corp set up in error so I called jenkins nissian and talked to Oliver in finance on Monday June 6th and he started working on the issue right away because he agreed that nissian motors Corp made a mistake I got a call from oliver today Wednesday june 8th and he said everything would be fixed by Friday in my opinion oliver should get a raise for the job that he took on when it was not his fault I would definitely recommend this dealership and when it comes to financing ask for oliver he is great also robins is great also in finance

I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. I just purchased a Q3 Audi Quattro 2024, very slightly used as a loaner, from Derek Fernandez. I have not had a luxury vehicle since the 1990’s, when I had a prized red Audi Quattro . Derek made the purchasing process perfect! Derek’s appearance was professional, down to the business like suit and shined shoes. It is refreshing to meet a young man that knowledgeable about his product and not pushy. He even shared some funny stories while his manager was inspecting my trade in vehicle. The immaculate Audi displayed in the showroom was stunning. Derek’s presentation was seamless. I am prizing the picture he took of me with the big red bow before I drove away. This is so different than the experience I had at Toyota across town, when I was led to a dirty “new” auto on the lot! I definitely would recommend Derek and Audi Denver to anyone! He happened to be a shuttle escort a year ago to a Showhouse I had displayed my Interior Designs in and the ride and escort were the best! I have told everyone at work to shine their shoes and treat everyone like family!

Service was great! I made an appointment with Ashley for 10am but life was lifing so she rescheduled me 3x that day with no attitude and finally made it in around 3:30pm. Then I was helped by Marquell. Cool guy! He gave me a price I couldn’t afford at first so I was about to leave. He stopped me and said “Let me speak to my manager” they talked it over and gave me a price I couldn’t refuse! I really wanted a Dodge Challenger especially because Dodge aren’t making anymore high horsepower/gas powered vehicles in the Charger/Challenger line. I walked out very satisfied.
