I recently brought my car in to be serviced and was quickly and warmly greeted by Janet Sukhram. She gracefully walked me through the servicing process answering all of my questions and addressing my service needs. While inspecting my car she noticed my rear bumper was dented. The dent was already scheduled to be fixed at a shop around the corner which would require another trip back on a later date. Janet immediately offered to handle the issue on-site and contacted her body shop manager (Corrado) to provide an estimate of work to my insurance agent. Adrian the service rep was helpful and personable from the initial phone call to set-up the appointment for the first 10,000 mike service due on the vehicle, to arranging for the loaner. This car looks amazing. It happened to snow a lot the day I got it and while driving it home I couldn’t even tell there was 4 inches of snow on the roads. The interior is really comfortable and there is a lot of convenient tech. The only thing I wish it had was memory seats but I can live without that. I highly recommend this vehicle.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

While the car has largely been problem free other that the fob/ignition issue which seems to be pretty common, it really is just a car. We’ve had Lexus, Mercedes, Porsche, Range Rover, etc and those were special, we find the Q3 okay, but we expected more - so have trouble rationalizing the price. If we could do it again we’d probably go with an Evoque. At least as good performance, a few more creature comforts and a lot more style.

The folks in service said they would do their best to complete the replacement of my radiator this past Saturday. I asked if they could do by 4:00. Got a call from Ed at 9:45 to acknowledge Car was in shop (I left in lot the night before) and they cautioned they would do their best to complete by 4:00 but it would be tough since so many jobs at once and I would def get on monday. Either way, I would get a status call by 2:00. At exactly 2:00, I get a call from Ed letting me know it was completed! Nice surprise! When I get there, I asked Erninda if my coupon could help reduce the cost by $20. She did better by giving me $50 off! On top of that, I was able to get 12 mos of interest free financing via VW credit. Overall, it was a positive experience, though my husband who was there with me wanted to know why a Tiguan radiator which costs about $100 something odd dollars would cost 3x as much here. Answer is simple: cuz we are dealing with a dealership, Markups are pretty high. That???s my only complaint.

Works perfectly for two old people and an English Cocker Spaniel. Rear storage small, but adequate most of the time. Fuel economy could be better, but comfortable, zippy, handles well, way more front-end pep than our old A6 wagon. We'd have preferred the Allroad but could justify the pricing.

Test drove the competition. Cx3, CX5, Escape, Tucson, Santa Fe, Edge, And Tiguan. Was close on the Tiguan, but for the Money the Audi Q3 could not be beat. Which is surprisingly to say and a lot of people think we spent way more then we did for the q3. Which can be a little Annoying cause we aren’t that kind of people, but just goes to show the styling of the q3. As soon as we test drove the Q3 we knew it was the one no questions. So comfortable to drive, comes loaded with Standard features, we bought the premium model (which is the base model) but the Standard features list includes everything one could want and need. Parking camera and sensors, heated leather, really cool Led lights (headlights are bright and see everything on the road.), very nice audio system, keyless touch entry and start (don’t even have to take the fob out of your pocket.) very nice Audi styling that everyone so often tries to immate, but can’t get on the same level. And this is all at a very comparable price point to all the others. Quattro all wheel drive, economical yet sporty 2.0 turbo 4 cylinder. Has plenty of passing and merging power all while returning close to 30 mpg. Have taken it on 1,500 mile road trips and one of the most comfortable cars I have done that in. Would highly recommend if you are in the market for an SUV or crossover you at least test drive one. You will be surprised, we sure were as we did not think an Audi would fit our budget and just went to test drive for fun and surprisingly, we drove it home.

While visiting Morristown from out of state, my 2012 Q7 was overheating. After an unsuccessful trip to a gas station to diagnose the problem, I dropped in to the service center at 7:00, right before it was closing for the night. Everyone couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I was set up with a loaner, and my thermostat was replaced the following morning and I was back on the road to Maryland by the afternoon. Luis Torilio in particular was extremely helpful. He took the vehicle and oversaw the process to ensure the issue was properly diagnosed and fixed quickly. I was especially impressed given the fact that I am not a regular customer, nor do I even live in the area. The Service Department did a thorough job inspecting the car and making sure everything was in good working order before we got on the road. They even offered to help me pack up my car with our luggage from the loaner before we hit the road. Above and beyond! Thank you!

I have had this car for a little over a month. Love the style of it, and mostly everything about the car. Pros are the styling, comfort, good use of space, and it's pretty zippy for a smaller SUV. Has no trouble getting up to speed and I have the Prestige package, love the Bose speakers, all the LED lighting, and the seats are really comfortable. I only have a few cons but the biggest one would be the infotainment system seems a little old school and the controls are the same. Wish they would have updated that a little more. Other than that no issues! Overall, I'm really enjoying driving this.

I Hated Dealers Until I Walked Into This One

I've been buying and leasing cars for 10 years now and I have seen dealers in many different states, including north and south of the Mason Dixon line. I love cars, but I've never enjoyed a single second I ever spent in a dealership. Walking into Audi Hawthorne was like walking into a spaceship. Everything was clean, a salesperson (Aniello DeVita) saw me within 2 minutes of arrival on a Saturday. I knew what I was looking for, but I had a strict budget and a fiance who was very particular about the car we were getting. I test drove two vehicles by myself the first Saturday. Aniello and I emailed all week and found cars that fit my profile and scheduled the test drives. I showed up the following Saturday with my fiance and Aniello had three vehicles gassed up and ready for us to drive. We each drove the Audi S5, SQ5, and the S3. After we test drove them all, my fiance decided she wanted to try the S5 again and Aniello gladly obliged. We decided that the S3 was our best option for our budget and performance needs. I also had two months left on my GTI lease, which Audi Hawthorne helped close off and take in early. VW->Audi is a logical upgrade. Next came the options, and boy was that difficult. One of the main concerns was the sound system. After having custom audio in all my cars, I was a bit spoiled with sound quality. We tested out stock and upgraded audio system on various models, even blasting music on the dealership floor to make sure we liked it. No issues from anyone! They understand that when you're buying a $50k car, every little bit matters. Aniello and the General Manager, Nick Belli, worked hard with me to find vehicles that had the options that I wanted, and we found one.. Unfortunately, that dealership refused to ship the car over. Nick and Aniello knew how much I wanted the S3 on the showroom floor, and they made me an offer on it that I accepted. All in all, we exchanged a quick phone call and we had a pickup date. The car was in the bay ready for us, license plated and all. We had a quick chat with Paola in finance and purchased the additional AudiCare (you should really do this, highly recommended). Paperwork all signed in less than 20 minutes and we were ready to go. Chris Gelletich was really nice and helped walk my fiance around all the options of the car. Luckily, I already read the manual before even picking it up! He walked her through bluetooth, camera, GPS, options, etc. He was really nice to work with and will surely end up in sales soon! All in all, a truly fantastic experience at this dealership. I've been to quite a few and dealt with so many unprofessional sales people. Not once did I receive an unwanted phone call. Not once was anything pushed on to me. Not once did I feel like my request was too much. The coffee is delicious too, so I wouldn't mind waiting there for Service. Thanks Audi Hawthorne! Marc Is Basically Family Now

My husband and I have been coming to Bell Audi and Marc Levine specifically since 2010. At this point we see him more often than we see some relatives! We leased our first A4 with him when we finally were ready for a more sophisticated sedan. He has always taken great care of us making sure we get the car we had set out for at the best price. We particularly love his efficiency taking a task that would normally take a whole day and getting it done properly in a fraction of the time. When our lease ended on our 2013 A4 at the same time we moved to the suburbs {needing a second car} we went to Marc. Addicted to the Audi quality, we each had to get one, 2016 Q5 and the 2017 A4- which is an unbelievable ride with exceptional technology to match. Very happy as usual with the service and experience.

I've been purchasing Audi's for over 10 years now and always go back to Bell Audi because of their outstanding level of professionalism, customer service and going the extra mile to ensure all of my needs and requirements are met. Ryan Bonderanko (Sales Manager), JT Tornberg (Sales Rep) are the best in the business as far as I'm concerned. I've worked with Ryan for many years and just recently started working with JT who has certainly exceeded my expectations with his professionalism and 5 star customer service. JT was an integral part of my most recent new car purchase last month and went out of his way to accommodate my every need. GREAT EXPERIENCE AT A GREAT DEALERSHIP!!

I had spent months searching for the perfect car for me. I narrowed my search to a 2006-2008 Audi S4 Avant. I was giving the runaround by several independent dealerships that had the vehicle I was interested in. Finally came across a beautiful Deep Sea Blue Pearl S4 Avant 6speed Manual transmission at New Country. I called to speak with someone to make sure the vehicle was still available as it was listed $3,000 less the most of the other ones I had come across. Steve Meliti answered and gave me all the info I needed. We had several phone conversations and texts and he had always been prompt in returning my calls and messages. I'm from out of state (Delaware) so I drove up to New Country after taking a half day off of work to drive 3 hours in the rain to test drive the vehicle. I was greeting by Steve and he was just as friendly in person as he was over the phone. I fell in love with the car and we started the paperwork process after I road tested the vehicle. I picked up the vehicle that same weekend. The entire process was really painless. I work in the industry for the past 15 years and this was a very enjoyable experience for me. This is my first Audi I've owned. It is a fantastic car. It looks small from the outside but plenty of room on the inside with plenty of options. Drive very smooth and handles off-road with ease.
